Sure, here's a description of a mid-century modern kitchen remodel with ice grey cabinets, custom fridge panels, and a garage door-style cabinet:
Step into this stunning mid-century modern kitchen that seamlessly blends classic design with contemporary functionality. The focal point of the room is the sleek ice grey cabinets that line the walls, exuding sophistication and style. These cabinets, with their clean lines and minimalist hardware, perfectly embody the mid-century aesthetic.
To add a touch of elegance and seamless integration, the refrigerator is outfitted with custom panels that match the ice grey cabinetry. These panels create a cohesive look, disguising the appliance and allowing it to blend effortlessly into the kitchen's design.
One standout feature is the unique garage door-style cabinet, a true homage to mid-century design innovation. This cabinet, reminiscent of the era's industrial influences, not only adds visual interest but also offers practical storage solutions. With its horizontal, lift-up door mechanism, it provides easy access to kitchen essentials while contributing to the space's retro-modern charm.
The kitchen's ambiance is further enhanced by carefully chosen accents and fixtures. Stainless steel appliances complement the cool tones of the ice grey cabinets, while pendant lights with clean, geometric shapes illuminate the space with a warm, inviting glow. The countertops, likely in a light hue to contrast the cabinets, offer both functionality and visual appeal.
The overall result is a thoughtfully designed mid-century modern kitchen that combines the iconic style of the past with the conveniences of modern living, creating a space that is both timeless and functional.

Here are ways to get the most out of your space:
Take cabinets all the way up—more storage, less clutter.
Use your island for seating, prep, and storage.
Mix light and dark finishes for a modern, balanced look.
We also added open shelving.
Open shelving isn't just about storage—it’s about creating a stunning focal point that breathes life into your kitchen!
Here, we designed custom floating shelves that seamlessly integrate with the surrounding space, thanks to a striking backsplash tile that continues from the kitchen walls.
The result? A cohesive, elevated aesthetic that balances both beauty and practicality.
Maximize your open shelving with these design tips:
Curate with intention – Display a mix of functional and decorative pieces to create visual interest: cookbooks, plateware, and art.
Stick to a color palette – Keep it cohesive by coordinating dishware, frames, and accessories.
Layer textures – Combine ceramics, glass, and natural elements like wood or greenery for added depth.
Prioritize accessibility – Keep everyday essentials within reach while showcasing special pieces up top.

This handcrafted Cherry record player stand was designed to bring together timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful organization, and a love for music. Built from solid USA-sourced Cherry hardwood, this custom vinyl record storage cabinet provides dedicated space for a turntable, vinyl record collection, Bluetooth speaker, and other listening essentials—all while serving as a beautiful furniture piece that complements the surrounding room.
This particular piece was custom built for a client in South Lyon, Michigan, who wanted a record player cabinet that blended seamlessly with the antique furniture already in her home. The Cherry hardwood was carefully stained to complement those existing pieces, allowing the new cabinet to feel as though it had always belonged while adding modern functionality.
Inspired by classic mid-century design, the cabinet features clean lines and tapered legs that pay homage to the golden era of vinyl without feeling dated. Purpose-built compartments keep records organized, the turntable easily accessible, and speakers neatly integrated, creating a dedicated listening station that's both practical and inviting.
While originally designed as a vinyl record storage cabinet, this versatile piece can easily serve as a media console, coffee bar cabinet, entryway storage cabinet, or living room accent cabinet. Its adaptable design allows it to evolve with your home and lifestyle for years to come.
Unlike mass-produced media consoles made from particle board or veneer, our cabinets are handcrafted from solid hardwood that's built to withstand decades of everyday use. Every board is individually selected for its unique grain and natural beauty, ensuring each cabinet is one of a kind while offering heirloom-quality durability.

This next bathroom transformation was absolutely incredible! The bathroom hadn’t been updated in over 60 years and was ready for a new facelift. Project Manager, Anthony Mulligan, and Designer, Sarah McDonald, worked their magic to create the idea for what this space would look like. The shower, which once resembled and avocado-tiled cave, is unrecognizable from its former state. The walls came down and two sides of sleek clear glass were installed. The built-in niche offers an ample storge space for all the shower essentials. The new vanity was converted from a single bowl to a double bowl, adding both style and practicality. The change not only enhances the overall look but provides more space for morning routines. The old pendant lights were taken down and replaced with chic, modern wall sconces. The new fixtures provide the perfect amount of lighting for the space. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and our masterful lead carpenter, Ryan Smith, crafted a space that was not only beautiful, but highly functional. We’re thrilled with the results, and we are so happy the homeowner is, as well.

The laundry room in a London apartment may not be the largest space, but it's certainly functional. It usually contains a washing machine, dryer, and a small sink for hand washing delicate items. Despite its size, the laundry room is an essential area for any household, as it allows residents to keep their clothes clean and fresh without having to go to a laundromat or dry cleaner. Additionally, having a laundry room within the apartment building saves time and effort, making it a convenient feature for those who lead busy lives. Overall, while the laundry room in a London apartment may not be particularly glamorous, it certainly serves a practical purpose for residents.

DARK BLUE PAINTED BOOKCASE UNIT
The bookcase cabinetry has a spraypainted finish in Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue, a premium quality, eco-friendly paint. This deep blue colour is often used in study or library spaces as it is associated with focus, calm and seriousness. Integrated LED lighting within the joinery prevents the space from being too dark and adds dimension and richness to the display. Illuminating shelving also makes it easier to find what you’re looking for.
