This light and airy kitchen is the definition of elegance. It has white shaker cabinets with satin gold pulls topped with white quartz counters. The matching white quartz backsplash provides a clean look. The center piece of the room is the large island! With seating for four, the deep blue island is loaded with storage and has a drawer microwave. For a special touch on the white quartz counter, we used an extra thick quartz slab. The striking gold pendants are from Ferguson Lighting. Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors. Dual sliding barn doors with black pipe handles (the same that was used in the bar!) form the entrance to the home gym. We love this kitchen too! This is custom cabinetry with inset construction done to perfection. Maple cabinets painted white while the island is cherry with a dark rich stain. Scale and function are impossible to ignore. The glass door cabinets with the X mullion and the plate rack make this a simple elegance that everyone would love. Keeping the cottage-feel of this home was essential to the homeowners and guided us thru every step while working on this home. Many original features were kept such as wood floors, doors and windows. Yet, we added in some more updated colors and to give the home a warm, cheery feel. The owners love that their home reflects the past as well as their current lives living there.

Finally the hot tub is delivered and placed into the cut out section, completing a nice transition for deck to hot tub.
