Designed exclusively for the Director of the Royal Circus of Russia, Giya Eradze, the apartment’s interior design was carefully thought by Tatiana Mironova’s experty in American Neoclassical style. The interior designer, who is famous for her glamorous and luxurious interiors, gathered the owner’s passion for entertainment and amusement using Boca do Lobo’s unique and iconic gold accent design to make the living room of the contemporary apartment a circus honor.

This finished foyer view shows how Exclusively To Design translated the clients’ request for global character into a refined architectural feature. The rebuilt staircase, custom hand-forged iron railing, etched-detail balusters, oversized chandelier, art, and jacquard stair runner created a distinctive entry that feels personal, sophisticated, and fully integrated into the home.

This Hibiscus Island staircase leads to a mezzanine media room reimagined from a simple game room into a bold, functional living space. Exclusively To Design introduced a black onyx quartz feature wall to frame the 80-inch TV and three-sided electric fireplace, creating architectural drama that connects the staircase, art, vintage zebra chairs, chinoiserie-inspired furnishings, and sheer window treatments into one cohesive contemporary interior.

The closet includes tailored hanging sections, drawer storage, pull-out shoe shelves, laundry valet rods, linen-look laminate finishes, and a personal built-in safe — details planned around how the clients actually live, dress, travel, and store their belongings. This vanity view shows the more intimate side of the Coconut Grove cabana bath remodel, where the bathroom’s functional conversion was given a warmer, bohemian-inspired character. A hunter green vanity, brass plumbing, and straw chevron wallcovering create a collected, textural mood that ties the bath back to the dining room’s artistic energy and the kitchen’s refined custom finishes. Rather than treating the cabana bath as a purely utilitarian space, Exclusively To Design used the small room to continue the home’s global, art-driven personality.
