Exclusively To Design created a built-in banquette with concealed storage beneath the cushion, integrated USB charging behind the back cushion, custom tower storage, and an expanded dining table so the compact bayfront condo could support family meals, remote work, entertaining, and extended stays.

This Downtown Miami bathroom remodel was designed as part of a bespoke bayfront vacation residence for a family traveling between London and Miami. The client wanted a clean all-white bathroom, so Exclusively To Design created a bright contemporary bath with a full glass shower, sleek white finishes, frameless detailing, and a towel warmer for added comfort during extended stays. This Fort Lauderdale penthouse powder room was updated with a crisp black-and-white direction that gives the small space a more tailored, finished presence. Fringe wall covering, tile detail in a clean, crisp contrast create a compact bathroom that feels intentional rather than builder-standard.

The original layout had a small shower and a closed-off toilet room that made the bathroom feel divided and dated. Exclusively To Design reworked those confined zones into one expansive glass-enclosed shower suite and wash. closet, separated by an integrated Carrara porcelain bench that adds function, structure, and visual flow without closing the room down again. The ceiling was raised to allow LED uplighting, giving the bathroom a more architectural presence and a softer evening atmosphere. A custom wall-mounted vanity with a Nero Marquina quartz top creates bold contrast against the Carrara marble walls, while the warm wood-plank-look flooring keeps the space from feeling cold or overly formal. The result is a master bathroom that combines high-functioning shower planning with eclectic luxury, classic materials, and a far more open sense of space.

Dark botanical wallcovering, a sculptural black vanity, warm brass plumbing, and an intimate mood gave the space its own personality while keeping it connected to the home’s larger eclectic design story.
