Our clients wanted to build an outdoor living area complete with fire feature, dining area, and TV entertainment. This project was built to look original-to-the-home and provide a large seating area with plenty of shade for enjoyment. The covered patio shades the majority of the backyard patio area, leaving the fire feature area open to star gazing in the evening. Sparkling and shimmering, decorative glass is the perfect medium for this lovely fire feature! The polished capstone along the perimeter of the fire feature provides additional seating for those captivated by its beauty and warmth. Tongue and Groove ceiling is a beautiful enhancement to this patio cover. An outdoor TV is wired in the living area of this patio cover, bringing the entertainment outdoors! A large farm-style dining table is perfectly placed in the middle of patio for an outdoor dining experience. Needless to say, the space underneath this patio cover is wonderfully utilized. Recessed lighting illuminates the patio in the evening while appealing column lanterns begin to light the backyard. Ceilings fan are an ideal addition to any outdoor space.

Full kitchen renovation as part of a larger renovation to modernize the client's penthouse. It's not how much space you have; it's what you do with it! We used integrated appliances to space space and modern millwork with finger pulls to achieve a modern, streamlined design aesthetic. We designed this rooftop garden putting green as an homage to the famous 14th hole at Augusta. This one of a kind, undulating, 4-hole putting green includes recessed planters for an authentic golf course experience. You can putt around, and around, to make it feel like a much larger course. Ipe decking, Earthworks EW Gold Stone decking, and exposed aggregate concrete create a beautiful contrast and balance that give this outdoor architecture design a Frank Lloyd Wright feel. Ipe decking is one of the finest quality wood materials for luxury outdoor projects. The exotic wood originates from South America. This environment contains a fire pit, with cobblestone laid underneath. Shallow, regress lighting is underneath each step and the fire feature to illuminate the elevation change. The bench seating is fabricated stone that was honed to a beautiful finish. This project also features an outdoor kitchen to cater to family or guests and create a total outdoor living experience.
