Modern luxury meets warm farmhouse in this Southampton home! Scandinavian inspired furnishings and light fixtures create a clean and tailored look, while the natural materials found in accent walls, casegoods, the staircase, and home decor hone in on a homey feel. An open-concept interior that proves less can be more is how we’d explain this interior. By accentuating the “negative space,” we’ve allowed the carefully chosen furnishings and artwork to steal the show, while the crisp whites and abundance of natural light create a rejuvenated and refreshed interior. This sprawling 5,000 square foot home includes a salon, ballet room, two media rooms, a conference room, multifunctional study, and, lastly, a guest house (which is a mini version of the main house).

“I instantly fell in love with the schoolhouse pendants from Barn Light. When I saw that Jadite stripe, it was instant love,” she explains. “I knew they would be the focal feature over the large island and the perfect nod to the vintage style we love. This stunning Rhode Island Retreat is an Acorn Deck House Company collaboration with Glen S. Fontecchio Architects. It is set on a breathtaking, waterfront property and is designed to take full advantage of the panoramic views. It features a welcoming living room, kitchen, dining room and expansive decks that are perfect for entertaining. The house also has three bedrooms, an office and four and a half baths.

Despite its curated appeal, Stacy has dubbed the room as Will's "man cave". "He watches sports in there every night!" she says with a laugh. Not ones to trade in pieces for the sake of age, Weiss and Carpenter have carried many of their furnishings with them as they moved from place to place. "We did a few new things ... as configurations had changed," Stacy explains, "but I usually hang onto my furnishings." Case in point is the couple's 18-year-old Italian sofa.
