This soothing transitional kitchen has an extremely comfortable and welcoming feel due to the color scheme. The perimeter cabinets are Sonoma Maple in Pebble Java while the contrasting island is Shadow Charcoal. The Cambria quartz countertops are Sussex on the perimeter and Darlington for the island. To add height to this room, we took the wall cabinets up to the 9 foot ceiling with a decorative stacked crown. The long wall features two very large pantry cabinets as well as a nice buffet/butlers pantry area with glass doors and appliance garages. Storage is maximized in this kitchen leaving the homeowner with cabinet space to fill! Many conveniences are included such as the waste basket pullout, pots and pans drawers, roll outs in the pantry cabinet, and of course, the appliance garages! This was a great project to work on!

To create an outdoor space that’s usable in Vegas’ extreme climate, the designers needed a way to keep out heat in the summer and retain warmth in the winter. It was also important to block out bugs and harmful UV rays.
Phantom’s motorized screens were added so the homeowners could feel like they’re outside without being barraged by the elements. They can now comfortably dine and entertain guests outdoor all year round without having to worry about pesky insects or dangerous UV rays.
“[Phantom’s Screens] truly allow us to create usable outdoor space, dramatically increasing liveability and the function of the home’s fantastic design.”

The re-invention of these traditional Victorian rooms to attain the Bold Contemporization of this Victorian Beauty was a collaborative endevour with extreme results the Clients are elated to live within.
The opening of spaces created an expansive space to live and entertain. The quality appliances of Wolf, SubZero and Miele have elevated the Cooking experience for our Clients while the open comfort of the seating at the Island and the Dining Table is inviting to all.
The Kitchen captures good natural light by day and dramatic light beams from the Sculptural Light Fixtures by night. The tension created between the nod to the tranditional and the bold touches of contemporary make for a visually unique Heart of this Home!

This 5-story 1860’s Brooklyn townhouse features Zola’s triple-glazed Thermo Clad windows and doors in pine.
Finding high performance windows that were large and quality-crafted was an important aspect of combining the passive house standard with the original intent of a top-notch design and tasteful renovation of the historic home.
Zola’s Thermo Clad windows and door line fit the bill. The home is extremely comfortable and energy-efficient. According to Laura Mackall, they did not turn the heat on all winter, and the inside temperatures stayed at around 70 degrees inspite of record-low temperatures in New York City this past winter. Architect Louis Mackall was impressed with level of insulation afforded by Zola windows and doors.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL
"I absolutely LOVE the cushions. This was my second attempt at getting custom cushions made for two chairs that my father made for me. The first pair of cushions lasted only two years and looked horrible after the first year.
"The cushions from Patio Lane are very comfortable, extremely well made and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I couldn't believe how quickly I received them! The bonus for me was the fact that you were able to use the same exact Sunbrella fabric that we chose for a new sofa earlier this year and these cushions coordinate nicely. They are absolutely beautiful and really compliment the chairs nicely. I'm very glad that I found- and took a chance on- Patio Lane!"

Setting up your own business is not an easy task. In fact, it is a very complicated mission and a greatly time-consuming process. It requires not only huge amounts of money, but also lots of heart. It is extremely important when you're attempting to build an establishment in which your potential clients are supposed to spend a lot of time and – even more importantly – enjoy it a lot. By this we mean places like – for example – health resorts, hotels and restaurants, but also many, many more. In such places the guests are supposed to be like they're the most important people there, like they're some kind of royalty. That kind of treatment will result in them returning to our business and choosing our services again in the future. This is why it is crucial for them to feel as comfortable as possible. It means that we, as owners, need to invest in the proper furniture. Furniture that will be simply nice to sit in, but also it has to be stylish, inviting and durable so it would stay in good shape for long. Furniture like that doesn't have to be expensive. Our furniture is a proof of that. We married quality with affordable prices and we did it with style. Our collections will make your establishment glow.
