This classic cable rail was fabricated out of steel in sections at our facility. Each section was welded together on-site and painted with a flat black urethane. The cable was run through the posts in each section and then tensioned to the correct specifications. The simplicity of this rail gives an un-obstructed view of the beautiful surrounding valley and mountains. The front steps grab rail was measured and laid out onsite, and was bolted into place on the rock steps. The clear-cut grabrails inside for the basement stairs were formed and mounted to the wall. Overall, this beautiful home nestled in the heart of the Wyoming Mountains is one for the books.

White oak treads and railing warm up the glass and metal, and the open design draws natural light through all three levels. The metalwork and elevator were powder coated at the same facility to ensure a perfect match, so the two read as one. Bills sister in law originally called me to enquire about helping Bill move out of his large house of 40 plus years and downsize to an assisted retirement facility. Bill had Parkinson's and was now alone. Everything needed to be weighted or fastened down and no accessible glass or sharp edges could be used. Parkinson's, especially when it progresses causes one to grab onto thing to help steady oneself. Obviously minimall Decor and as we get older, lots of light and large print, as in the wall clock become necessities. Working with Bill was a lot of fun actually, I learned he loved modern clean lines, bold pattern, and boats, the ocean and skiing. It was a complete clean slate to start from. Almost nothing from his old House, with the exception of clothes and photos were coming to his knew forever home. Bill and I stay in touch. I learned a lot and gained a friend for life. Our Boulder studio designed this classy and sophisticated home with a stunning polished wooden ceiling, statement lighting, and sophisticated furnishing that give the home a luxe feel. We used a lot of wooden tones and furniture to create an organic texture that reflects the beautiful nature outside. The three bedrooms are unique and distinct from each other. The primary bedroom has a magnificent bed with gorgeous furnishings, the guest bedroom has beautiful twin beds with colorful decor, and the kids' room has a playful bunk bed with plenty of storage facilities. We also added a stylish home gym for our clients who love to work out and a library with floor-to-ceiling shelves holding their treasured book collection.

The collaborative design of the facility will inspire people to collaborate both in the office and with others globally. Breathtaking views of the incomparable Big Sur Coast, this classic Tuscan design of an Italian farmhouse, combined with a modern approach creates an ambiance of relaxed sophistication for this magnificent 95.73-acre, private coastal estate on California’s Coastal Ridge. Five-bedroom, 5.5-bath, 7,030 sq. ft. main house, and 864 sq. ft. caretaker house over 864 sq. ft. of garage and laundry facility. Commanding a ridge above the Pacific Ocean and Post Ranch Inn, this spectacular property has sweeping views of the California coastline and surrounding hills. “It’s as if a contemporary house were overlaid on a Tuscan farm-house ruin,” says decorator Craig Wright who created the interiors.
