This 1400 sq/ft rooftop deck was designed after the completion of this spec house in Hermosa Beach. We added an additional usable level of outdoor space to this modern home with a prefab spa, built in seating area, a raised deck, built in planters and a fire pit. Outdoor entertainment includes outdoor speakers, a projector and projector screen as well as an outdoor TV.
