This beautiful Trex deck was built using Trex decking and treated wood framing. By using treated wood framing you can lower the cost and still be sure of durability in Alaska's harsh weather. We used two colors of Trex decking secured with hidden fasteners. The railing was built using Trex framing, Trex post sleeves and arched metal balusters.

Inspiration for a craftsman sunroom remodel in New York

This new boardwalk replaced the original 30 year old boardwalk. This was built with pressure treated lumber and stainless steel fasteners. The homeowners asked for a pair of benches at the end of the walk. It was a great idea and it created a beautiful area to hang out with friends and family. Also, a shower to rinse off was a nice feature.

The American Institute of Architects in Austin has awarded MJ Neal Architects a 2009 Design Award for the Wolfe Den. We started competing for these city design awards in 2003 and we’ve won every year except for 2006, when we didn’t enter.

Five unit Greenwich CT condominium project were we completely replaced nine decks. The TimberTech radiance rail was designed using white rails and posts with Kona spindles. The composite decking is a complementing brown again from timbertech. Hidden fasteners were used on the deck and on the Azek trim.

This Blackened Steel Fireplace Surround stretches from the floor to the ceiling in this mountain home. Hand applied patina in Brandner Design’s signature Random Black Veil patina finish and hidden fasteners create a modern fireplace surround that is the focal point in the great room of this mountain modern home.
