Custom Spindle Picket Panels made from Western Red Cedar. 2"x2" spindles, with routed fascia boards. The posts are 5"x5" with a custom top, known as a Queen's top. Very uncommon, looks amazing with this fence. The line is broken up with two scallop gates; a 4' single walk-gate leading to the front entry, and 10'+ double-drive gate for vehicles. The double gate is mounted on screw-hook and eye hinges to allow 180 degrees of swing. Bold statement, classic style, this a timeless fence.

The new backyard is perfect for entertaining large groups, hosting intimate dinners, or relaxing. Birdhouses and plants line the new space and a pergola shades a table for al fresco dining. A pass-through into the basement allows guests to pull a stool right up to the bar.

These are raised vegetable boxes at perfect height, 24" high. The are equipped with automatic drip irrigation system.

Designed by our friends at Moody Landscape Architecture, we were excited to build this small, highly detailed, contemporary garden for them and their client. This small courtyard garden was completely transformed with a new mahogany deck with cable railing, western red cedar fence, new bluestone patio, and perennial plantings. Home design - contemporary home design idea in Grand Rapids

On the verge of a move across the country, these homeowners built a beautiful gate and fence line in their yard. The contemporary lines of the fence is simply lovely (see full photos of the finished project at photographer Eva Brennan’s site: http//www.evabrennan.com/1/post/2013/09/mission accomplished.html). The family used two different latches: The Modern Tapered Ring Latch and the Stainless Steel Ring Latch. They chose 10” Stainless Steel Strap Hinges with Pintles, as well as 18” Cranked Band Hinges.
