This open and airy craft room was designed to store all the home owners various hobbies out of sight from the family room opposite of it. We designed several custom drawers and access points for electronics and concealed wiring.

We wanted this office to feel contemporary with a contrast from the natural wood tones in the millwork and doors in the house. I decided to introduce rich espresso stained cabinetry and the crown molding detail brought it together. The cabinetry doors have a leather front inlay. The cabinetry is packed with function. We added file cabinets under the bench seat, an awning appliance garage for electronics, and we doubled his storage from his previous furniture. I chose Acacia Walnut Floors to complement the wood style and meet up with the maple hardwood floors just outside the door. We custom designed and built this charging/mail station. Being behind doors keeps the area clean and hides the view of papers, cables, and gadgets. Inside you have outlets for charging devices, pullout drawers for organization, and different sized 'cubbies' with adjustable shelves for easy and efficient storage.

Once apon a time this was a scary basement. The entire house system was located in the center of this room. We updated the systems and were able to locate all the systems to the closet. The space now is a study area, laundry, wine bar. How fun!

The original enclosed kitchen was opened up, giving the homeowner a better layout, an island for entertaining, a hidden desk/message center, and maximum storage. By not having any upper cabinets, the space feels less crowded and bigger, as if it belongs to a larger home. The few cabinets in the kitchen are efficiently utilized, but we had to compensate for storage elsewhere. We have designed a custom hutch for Michelle that serves multiple purposes. It not only provides storage for overstock from the kitchen but also acts as a hub for her electronics, paperwork, printer, filing drawer, and craft supplies. The kitchen is influenced by Scandinavian design, featuring playful shades of pink on the walls, the floating shelf, and the vintage spice cubby (coral). Timeless black and white accents throughout the space complement the pink accents in a subtle way.
