We expanded key living spaces — including the kitchen and primary bathroom — to enhance both functionality and everyday luxury. From the beautifully wallpapered dining room to the checkerboard marble laundry room, each space was designed to feel timeless yet distinctive. Living spaces and bathrooms were individually styled using a cohesive palette of blues, greens, and warm browns — creating a sense of flow while allowing each room its own identity. The result is a thoughtfully tailored home that blends classic design with family-centered living in one of Newport Beach’s most beloved neighborhoods. This home was featured in the 2026 Corona del Mar Home Tour.

Repeat clients of Mountainwood Homes traded their rural property for a downtown Camas, Washington charmer to enjoy a walkable lifestyle while their children finish high school. They bought an original, 1954 midcentury modern home intending to remodel it as a transitional family space before college. The whole house renovation balances modern living with respect for the original architectural character, blending contemporary finishes and functional upgrades to preserve its midcentury charm.

SDH Studio - Architecture and Design Location: Golden Beach, Florida, USA Overlooking the canal in Golden Beach 96 GB was designed around a 27 foot triple height space that would be the heart of this home. With an emphasis on the natural scenery, the interior architecture of the house opens up towards the water and fills the space with natural light and greenery.

This Pantry has plenty of built-in shelves to store food and appliances alike. The shelves are supported by pipes, which carry the industrial look in from the Kitchen and Dining Room. The neutral palette of white and medium-toned wood remains cohesive with the Kitchen.

Farmhouse Kitchen remodel in original Quaker Boys School building, now a family home. A true turnkey project, we incorporated the homeowner's need for modern conveniences while staying true to the style of the building. An antique oak barn beam mantle, exposed original log walls, antique brick reclaimed from an old charcoal factory out west, and barn siding oak flooring made this a labor of love!

The owner said "any color but white" for her farmhouse kitchen country kitchen. Earthy and elemental materials are selected for the home that reference the barn without directly mimicking it. Wooden members found inside the barn and from other barns bridge ceilings and are used in floors along with rustic slate adding to a sense of simplicity to the farmhouse design.
