The stunning ocean view was the focal point and design inspiration for this modern Singer Island galley kitchen executed in hi gloss white lacquer. The 2½” thick white Cesarstone counter tops waterfall at the end towards the balcony overlooking the ocean. The appliances are in stainless with matching cabinet hardware pulls mounted horizontally. The left hand side upper cabinets and counter top cabinets have white frosted glass inserts. The distinctive ceiling detail with LED spot and indirect lighting was designed in combination with the kitchen.

The Pantry frosted glass door features a bounty of food and the word pantry in the center of the door, surrounded by a marginal border. Elegantly designed, yet private enough to hide what is behind the door. The Pantry glass door is offered in a variety of 9 wood species to compliment any interior including: primed white, pine, oak, knotty pine, fir, maple, knotty alder, cherry and African mahogany. Optional 8-foot tall doors are available in primed white and pine species only.

The living area has an open floor plan with kitchen, living area, and entertainment corner. The ceilings are vertical grain Douglas Fir. French Oak is found in the walls and the TV entertainment system shelves. Flooring in this main area of the home is Jerusalem Gold tile. The built in desk nook allows for every day practicals and the built in nooks and shelves allow for art and knick-knacks to be tastefully displayed. The fireplace is a linear fireplace with custom concrete facade and a walnut mantle. There is a live-edge walnut cantilever indoor/outdoor table with sliding glass barn doors on either side that allows access to the outdoor living-cooking area. The tall frosted-glass pivot doors lead to a separate office and a play room, both off the main living area. The kitchen boasts a custom Spekva counter with waterfall edge. This modern design in-town home was originally built with an open carport affording little privacy and parked vehicle exposure to damage/theft. The carport appeared to be tacked onto the rest of the home; almost an afterthought. The addition of an aluminum full view garage door with frosted tempered glass and a powder coated frame visually tied the carport to the home design and it provided increased privacy and security. Installation of a LiftMaster 8500 jackshaft type operator minimized intrusion of the door system into the otherwise open space.
