The airy bathroom features Emser's Craft White 3x12 subway tile on the walls and steam shower area, Casa Vita Bella's Marengo porcelain floor tiles (both from Spazio LA Tile Gallery), Kohler plumbing fixtures, a new freestanding tub and an accent shiplap wall behind the Restoration Hardware vanity.

Furnishings by Berman Rosetti, Mimi London and Clark Functional Art. Contemporary double-height stair hall photograph features a broad pale stone staircase, steel railings and a long rectangular skylight. Recessed floor and ceiling lights establish a clear circulation path through the tall entry gallery. Large-scale artwork accent animate the warm beige walls, while polished stone flooring reflects the light. The linear architecture feels spacious, refined and gallery-like.

This property was transformed from an 1870s YMCA summer camp into an eclectic family home, built to last for generations. Space was made for a growing family by excavating the slope beneath and raising the ceilings above. Every new detail was made to look vintage, retaining the core essence of the site, while state of the art whole house systems ensure that it functions like 21st century home. Our studio gave this house an attractive appeal with beautiful rugs, exquisitely patterned wallpaper, attractive artwork, and classy decor. The entryway is flanked by white porcelain accent pieces on pedestals and a stylish table holding a pretty flower arrangement. Statement lighting hangs from the ceiling creating an elegant tone. Pastel pink chairs, striking peacock artwork, large lamps, and a stunning chandelier add fun and grandeur to the space.
