This was a project that started with the refacing of the fireplace, building the benches on either side and adding the trim around the perimeter of the great room. When all was said and done, All the flooring on the first floor was replaced, we installed a coffered ceiling, a half wall was removed between the kitchen and great room, The cabinets were resurfaced with new crown molding, new granite and a great paint job, and we added a modern range hood. The stairs were resurfaced and new rails were installed, The walls were repainted and all door hardware replaced.
