CreoGlass Design
Green- LED illuminated glass kitchen splashback by CreoGlass Design.
LED Lights are available in various styles and colours and layouts. Most popular are horizontal “multi coloured” and “warm white” light. There are further options like dimmable, water-proof , splash-proof, continues e.t.c. but you should speak to our designers or your builder to discuss the best option for your kitchen. With multi coloured or also called colour-changing or mood light LEDs’ you have the option to let the colour spectrum gradually change and lead to one another or you can simple keep only one colour on, what ever the mood you’re in. There are few other ways how to apply LED stripe to the splashbacks. The current LEDs have a general life expectancy of 50,000 hours. If you use your lights for 10 hours a day, this should be 13.7 years. If this is correct, then LED’s are definitely an investment, even the top of the range bulb would work out to cost £2.55GBP per year. Add that to the saving you would make on energy and you’ve got a very cost effective bulb!

Woodling Landscape Design
This cute beach house in the iconic Pleasure Point neighborhood needed an overhaul after years of salt spray and neglect. My client wanted low-maintenance plants, year-round color and succulents. He also wanted a peaceful, zen-like environment. We chose neutral pavers in greys and tans in a simple pattern for the driveway and flagstone for the patio that matched the new colors of the home. The plant palette is simple yet striking and about as low-maintenance as you can get. A beautiful waterfall cascades over stone and percolates gradually into the drycreek. A perfect spot for unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day.
Morpurgo Architects
A steeply sloping site posed considerable challenges for Morpurgo Architects’ expansion and renovation of this front to back split-level house. To provide a gradual transition for the family from their home, situated on a high plateau, to the brook and pool below, we designed numerous patios and decks at multiple levels.
The house features large, divided light arched windows. Throughout the first floor, we created lit vaulted ceilings that give the living areas a spacious, open quality. A wide central hallway forms the spine of the house, opening onto a dining room, with columns that support a curved yoke-shaped header that is repeated in the entrance gate on the grounds.
Renovations were scheduled in four precisely planned construction phases that allowed the family to continue living in the house during the building process.
This elegant, yet informal home, in its serene setting, is the product of Morpurgo Architects’ seamless union of the house and the site.

There is storage galore in this chef's kitchen! Every detail has love. The wall ovens are side by side so that both are comfortable to use. The cabinets all stagger back from the hood to gradually step back while adding a little extra storage in the spice cabinets left and right of the hood. The pull-outs next to the range top hold trays on one side and utensils on the other to help keep the countertops neat and tidy. Tray dividers above the ovens are easy to access. The tall accent hutch has smoky antique mirror on the outside and clear mirror on the inside and is so luxurious! The Swarovski crystal chandelier over the island also helps add a little glam.
Lots of drawers and pull-outs make this space easy to function in and all the personal touches. (Photo credit; Shawn Lober Construction)

The plan for this ezpansive home usede the corner location of an irregularly shaped plot to create a beautifully curved carriage poach, with a roof made of two-centimeter thick, five meter-wide sections of tempered glass. The entrance follows a gradual process from public to private spaces, from a salon for meeting guests, through a buffer zone to two living rooms that create a sence of intimacy for family and friends. The calm space of the second living room is an excellent place to gather around the central fireplace. Up several stairs is the first living room, a more lively atmosphere with the outdoor pool as a backdrop.
The pool area has all the facilities−benches and parasols−of a tropical resort. While many luxury homes are closed off to the outside, this shows how an open approach can be dynamic and powerful. TOTAL FLOOR AREA:245.11㎡

Studio Ponsi
Located on a beach on the San Francisco Bay, the house is conceived as a pin-wheel composition of 4 pavilions around an interior courtyard. In order to minimize the visual impact, the 900 sq mt building develops on one floor gradually stepping down towards the beach. The environmental oriented design includes strategies for natural ventilation, passive solar energy and 100% electrical energy autonomy supported by an array of 110 sq. mt of photovoltaic cells mounted on the roof and on solar glass canopies. Glass sliding doors and windows, wood slats ventilated walls and copper roofing constitute the exterior skin of the building.

Red Cedar Yard Works
A very large and beautiful composite deck for this big and busy family! Simple and versatile, this family wanted a space that would be flexible and meet all their needs, from pool parties and outdoor dinners to cozy nights by the firepit. During the building of this deck, we worked hard to make sure it flowed into all the hardscaping in place around it, from a gradual slope on the property, to the pool and stair case access points.

This was a solution we presented to the client for a tricky sloped side-yard area. It was important to show how it would be both safe and attractive both during the day, and in the evening.
