That's exactly what happened to Sue and John McKinley's twin daughters when their parents downsized to a house just two doors down. "We were already familiar with the home and liked its open floor plan and high ceilings," says Sue. "We just customized the interior to suit our tastes." Bilotta Kitchen & HomeA cozy and comfortable kitchen with a cool vibe! The design was a collaboration between long time industry partners, Carol Kurth Architects and Bilotta senior designer, Jeff Eakley. The kitchen features a custom shaker door in rift white ash with a stain on the perimeter in our Bilotta Collection cabinetry line. The wall cabinets are a laminate with aluminum edge in a figured Pearl Gloss and the island is a high-gloss blue-ish gray lacquer, both using our Artcraft cabinetry. The perimeter countertop is concrete and island is a cerused oak, both by Brooks Customs. Appliances by Leiberts Royal Green.

McCabe By Design LLCThe vanity, decorative cabinet hardware and faucet were replaced in this builder grade bathroom. The light fixtures, mirror and sink were recycled from the original bathroom. The net result is more storage and a beautiful updated look.

Big Bear RemodelingTwice as nice. We were able to double the size of this bathroom by expanding into an adjacent room. More room provided space for a custom Granola-stained White Oak High Point double sink vanity. Vadara Carrara Nuovo Quartz was used on the countertop, shower bench and niche sills throughout. Delta Nicoli faucets in Champaign Bronze coordinate with the vanity mirror, sconces and other accessories. The Ocala Soaking Tub and the Virginia Tile Sweet Bars Fern tile in the walk-in shower and on the walls gives a spa-like vibe. To complete the new look, the floor is tiled with Zia Tile’s Neutra Terrazzo.
