SDH Studio - Architecture and Design Location: Golden Beach, Florida, USA Overlooking the canal in Golden Beach 96 GB was designed around a 27 foot triple height space that would be the heart of this home. With an emphasis on the natural scenery, the interior architecture of the house opens up towards the water and fills the space with natural light and greenery.

Builder: Watershed Builder Photography: Michael Blevins An all-white, double vanity master bath in Charlotte with black accent mirrors, undermount sinks, shiplap walls, herringbone porcelain tiles, shaker cabinets and gold hardware.

This contemporary bathroom features a unique split shower bath. There is open access from the white drop-in bathtub and the semi closed-in shower on the other side. A glass panel is all that separates the two. The top half of the walls have a traditional sea-green porcelain tiles and the bottom half features a more contemporary beige matted tiles. The flooring of the semi closed-in shower is made up of smooth stones, which is great for comfort. Helpful built-in shelving is on the shower side to hold all necessary items while a smooth ledge was added to the bathtub for the same purpose.

This seating area idea was inspired by our Graphix wall, varying in depths and unique but it's simple installation process creates a 3 dimensional visual effect. The mix of smooth and chiseled textures add another factor of visual interest to this wall, making it perfect for design lovers and those seeking something sleek and out of the box. Great for retaining soil, building planters, blade walls or vertical elements such as fire, water or outdoor kitchen features.

Popular Scandinavian-style interiors blog 'These Four Walls' has collaborated with Kährs for a scandi-inspired, soft and minimalist living room makeover. Kährs worked with founder Abi Dare to find the perfect hard wearing and stylish floor to work alongside minimalist decor. Kährs' ultra matt 'Oak Sky' engineered wood floor design was the perfect fit. "I was keen on the idea of pale Nordic oak and ordered all sorts of samples, but none seemed quite right – until a package arrived from Swedish brand Kährs, that is. As soon as I took a peek at ‘Oak Sky’ ultra matt lacquered boards I knew they were the right choice – light but not overly so, with a balance of ashen and warmer tones and a beautiful grain. It creates the light, Scandinavian vibe that I love, but it doesn’t look out of place in our Victorian house; it also works brilliantly with the grey walls. I also love the matte finish, which is very hard wearing but has none of the shininess normally associated with lacquer" says Abi. Oak Sky is the lightest oak design from the Kährs Lux collection of one-strip ultra matt lacquer floors. The semi-transparent white stain and light and dark contrasts in the wood makes the floor ideal for a scandi-chic inspired interior. The innovative surface treatment is non-reflective; enhancing the colour of the floor while giving it a silky, yet strong shield against wear and tear. Kährs' Lux collection won 'Best Flooring' at the House Beautiful Awards 2017.
