Calming tones of sand and deep ocean blue fill the tiny bedroom downstairs. Glowing bedside sconces utilize wall-mounting and swing arms to conserve bedside space and maximize flexibility.

They used our jet black onyx rod railing paired it with a black powder coated stringer. Wooden handrail and thick stair treads keeps the look warm and inviting. The beautiful thin lines of rods run up the stairs and along the balcony, creating security and modernity all at once. . Outside, the owners used the same black rods paired with surface mount posts and aluminum handrail to secure their balcony. It’s a cohesive, contemporary look that will last for years to come.

This flight inspired nursery was designed for a family with a passion for travel. A beloved antique travel poster and existing crib were the starting points for our design. We worked with artists on etsy.com to develop some unique custom elements for the room. Our favorite is a vintage inspired plane propeller that was crafted as a childhood growth chart. In house, we crafted a paper airplane mobile from city street map inspired paper and a reclaimed bike rim. Tailored blackout lined drapes were added to soften the room and provide a light-free space for baby to rest. The patterned rug is a fun addition that has become the family’s favorite baby photo op spot!
