The master bedroom is a calm oasis where parents of young children can truly escape. Here we bring the unexpected with unique throw pillows and a calming yet whimsical accent wall, covered in Fornasetti II Nuvolette wallpaper by Cole & Son.

The mixture of textures and patterns in the apartment give it a contemporary feel while highlighting the traditional roots: in exposed brick and wood beams. Tied in with sleek furniture and an apropos floor rug, we can't imagine a better way to escape the hustle and bustle of New York City than in this chic oasis.

This media room was designed with all the bells and whistles (hidden). The dark walls, ceiling and motorized blackout draperies help set the tone. The television wall was custom designed to conceal all the speakers, subwoofer and AV equipment behind twisted felt panels. All the high definition sound comes through without any distraction from visual clutter. The wall was custom design by Maven Interiors and the custom felt textile is by Moufelt.

The designer's own kitchen was gutted and renovated in 2017, with a focus on classic materials and thoughtful storage. The 1920s craftsman home has been in the family since 1940, and every effort was made to keep finishes and details true to the original construction. The large island is a great gathering point with in the open concept of the dining/kitchen/living space. Using two different colors of quartz countertops added contrast that highlights the marble backsplash. The backsplash adds texture and richness to the space. Shaker style cabinets help modernize the space with the clean lines. Function was key to this kitchen working with utensil pullouts, spice racks, rollouts, hidden storage and a knife block.

The existing kitchen was dated and lacked in pantry storage. We closed in a walkway that led to the unused guest bedroom and installed a pantry in its place. We replaced the bland old cabinetry with new warm, wood cabinets. The countertops we installed are recycled glass.

Unique kitchen layout with cabinetry in two different finishes. Cabinetry is Darby Maple by Kemper and finished in "Palomino" and "Heirloom Oasis". This kitchen features a large L-shpaed island with integrated bench seat.

This serene Zen bathroom remodel blends natural textures with a modern, minimalist design. A floating flat-panel vanity with a quartz countertop anchors the space, complemented by double undermount sinks and black fixtures. The walk-in shower features frameless glass, a rainfall head, and a pebble tile floor for a spa-like touch. A freestanding tub sits against a wood accent wall, creating a relaxing focal point, while light porcelain tile flooring and soft neutral tones maintain an airy, calming atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
