This stately Haverford home was a great investment for the clients — who call themselves serial longterm flippers. After purchase, they renovated the kitchen to better accommodate entertaining and cooking holiday feasts for large family gatherings.
They took an awkward open master bath and remade it into his-and-hers baths, joined by a shower between the two. Enclosing the bathroom areas created a large dressing area with copious closets between the master bedroom and the reconfigured bath.

This once "run of the mill" kitchen is NOW a vision of beauty in greige and black, boasting a stunning island with seating for four, microwave drawer, recycling/refuse and loads of storage, all designed to keep clutter at bay. Unpretentious designed cooking and entertaining spaces that can accommodate large meals and gatherings to the quick every day meals for this young family on the go.

Ice is a white knight in a slender, solid steel design. Shards of ‘ice’, painted in a white epoxy powder paint, form a pattern of elegance and structure to allow the beauty of a natural flame to emanate from within the torch’s delicate frame.
A contemporary accent piece for the home and the garden, the Ice can be inserted 8” directly into the ground, or it can stand, freely, if mounted to a custom Base. Designed to accommodate a can of Fuel to produce a brilliant flickering flame—the effect of fire and ice in one fashionable torch—the Ice is suitable for the holiday season, though its sleek appearance is perfect for use all-year-round.

THIS WAS A PLAN DESIGN & INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT. The Aiken Hunt is a perfect home for a family with many family members. This home was designed for a family who has out of town guests often, and they needed a lot of space to spread out when everyone comes to town for holidays and gatherings. This home meets the demand.
An open concept in the informal areas allows the family to be together when they want to, and separated formal rooms handle the task of formality when entertaining as such. Two Bedroom Suites with private baths, and one addition bedroom with hall bath access and a private Study (plus additional Bonus Room space) are on the second floor. The first floor accommodates a Two Story Foyer, Two Story Living Room, high ceiling Family Room, elaborate Kitchen with eat-in Informal Dining Space, Formal Dining, large Walk-in Closet in the Foyer, Laundry Room, 2 staircases, Master Suite with Sitting Area and a luxury Master Bathroom are all spacious yet, do not waste space. A great house all around.

After having lived in 22 different places all around the world, this family decided to settle in a Dutch colonial home in Harding Township. The house sits on a wonderful piece of property that is only challenged by the wetlands that surround it. For this reason, we had to work within the existing footprint and not consider any additions. The homeowners wanted to be able to host the holidays in their new home which meant we had an aggressive design and construction schedule. We started the design work in the Spring of 2012 and construction took place over the Summer and into the Fall. By Thanksgiving, the project was complete, with no meaningful cost overruns.
Renovations included a new kitchen, mudroom, and office/library on the first floor and a new master suite, hall bath, home office, and laundry room upstairs. The challenge was creating comfortable space with clean lines that would accommodate the homeowner’s casual and worldly lifestyle, but would not feel out of place with the character of the existing house.
The kitchen is a glorious hard-working space with lots of counter space, space for a giant farmer’s table, and symmetrical views through oversized double hung-windows out to the expansive yard. The master bath is outfitted with wood, stone, and metal, and also includes artifacts from some of their world travels. In a second phase of work, we designed some outbuilding to further enhance the character of the property. Currently we are working with the family to design a memorial to honor their child who died of Leukemia.

Walk in the door of this riverside home and you're immediately pulled to the wall of windows and the gorgeous river views! We knew we needed to ramp up the personality of the furnishings in the space to make the inside feel as welcoming as the outside! We worked with the homeowners to bring their aesthetic to life with comfortable custom seating and a dining room flexible enough to accommodate the largest holiday gatherings. On the main living room wall is an oversized painting of a blue heron - a bird that frequents this heavenly little spot on the river. We replaced an old patio door at the opposite end with a state-of-the-art three-piece sliding door that brought increased accessibility and even greater views to the outside living space. Custom lighting was added throughout to illuminate the space when the sun isn't streaming through skylights and wool carpet softens the living area.

This full-home remodel was a labor of love. Our long-time clients handed us the keys and we set about gutting and rebuilding an updated, new traditional home that would maximize breathtaking views of Lake Sherwood while accommodating the owners' grown children and their families over the holidays. We outfitted the lower level lounge and bar area with a round dining table that flips to reveal a poker table and bumper pool, perfect for entertaining the extended family. The Chesterfield sofas in a butter soft leather create the perfect spot for movies or gatherings around the fire. We filled this guest suites with our favorite fabrics, wallcoverings, and bedding. Our clients were thrilled with the results.

Light and bright kitchen inspiration! This Beaumont-Wilshire kitchen is contemporary, uncluttered, and airy. Perfect around the holidays when trying to accommodate lots of cooks in the kitchen!

These South Shore of Boston homeowners desired a larger kitchen as their existing had limited space to host family events and entertain guests – they turned to Renovisions to help transform their small, outdated kitchen with separate walk-in pantry into a beautiful, open and spacious inspirational room.
Choosing the right cabinetry for the room and how to meet the needs of the client was critical to the overall success of this design. A traditional style was the framework of the home and the flat paneled doors on the white painted cabinetry support this aspect. Going vertical as possible with cabinets is a trend here to stay; keeping with that idea, we recommended the graceful tall pantry cabinet that flanks one side of the kitchen. This not only lends to an eye-appealing furniture-look, but adds significant storage space, allowing the cabinets to store items they may not use on a regular basis. In this case, the clients are amazed with the amount of storage they’ve gained and one that provides easy access to all interior items. Every inch of space was key to create this optimally functional kitchen. Must-haves such as tray dividers above the refrigerator are handy and the double pull-out trash/recycling bins on the right side of the sink were a simple and clean way to gain floor space and conceal unsightly trash.
The focal point of this kitchen is the expansive, soft-grey colored contrasting island with larger, deeper drawers for pots, pans and platters. The client was excited to switch to an induction chef-series range that featured a divided oven that can accommodate two different temperatures.
Fit and finish is important in any renovation and this certainly holds true in this kitchen project to personalize their space. The custom recessed panel columns with wainscot details add an architectural element that ties into the kitchen cabinet design and Carrera-look quartz countertops which provide a stunning classical look that ties nicely with the overall traditional style. These homeowners are excited to show off their open and spacious Renovision!
“We really enjoyed our new kitchen and it’s amazing improvement over the holidays. We got rave reviews from all of our guests!”

The Colebrook bench embodies casual design at its finest. The rustic oak dining bench is great for accommodating larger families or adding extra seating at those big holiday dinners. And with a raised back edge and footrest stretcher, everyone stays comfortable as they dine.

House Plan 4531 is a larger version (2,495 s.f.) of our most popular ranch Craftsman House Plan 1895 but with many new features.
All of the bedrooms are larger and include walk-in closets. The secondary bedrooms each have private dressing/vanity areas and share a tub/toilet. The master bath boasts a walk-in shower showcased behind a garden tub. The walk-in-closet is huge.
The kitchen is highlighted by an oversized island with an eating bar. More than adequate counter and cabinet space wraps this space, which is now wide-open to the family room. The dining room will accommodate a large table arrangement, perfect for holiday entertaining, and still includes an attractive see-thru fireplace shared with the family room.
The utility room is now located off the main entrance to the home from a three-car garage. Keys, mail and coats are conveniently organized/stored upon entry from the garage in built-in cabinets.
Access to the basement level is also now more conveniently located just down the hall from the foyer. A larger bonus room is still an option for this plan, or the stairs can swap ends for homes in locations where basements are more suitable for living than bonus/attic.
