This bright, open-concept kitchen is perfect for hosting dinners with family and friends! By knocking down a pre-existing wall dividing the kitchen from the dining and family room we completely rearranged the layout of the kitchen creating usable space for both cooking and entertaining. Updated stainless steel appliances, sparkling white quartz countertops, glistening signature white perimeter shaker cabinets, and a rich dark stained maple island, this kitchen is now ready for any holiday event.

The master bathroom offers the ultimate spa-like experience, featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower and luxurious oversized closet. A welcoming walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub are two of the key design features in this luxurious master bath equipped with the latest technology. The master bath includes a tabletop magnifying mirror that lights up when approached, simulating natural light with full color variation for flawless makeup application. The open doorway to the right of the shower offers a view into the attached master closet. The first floor laundry room off the master suite has a stackable washer and dryer with the latest steam technology, rich mocha counters and light cabinetry for storage of laundry essentials.

In keeping with the clients’ vision, this century-old home and modern Terra Summer pergola project was carefully imagined to honor history while embracing contemporary living. With their clean architectural form, the two connected pergolas echo the home’s black-and-white palette and contemporary lines. Their matte finish, harmonious proportions, and subtle detailing lend them a quiet confidence—enhancing the residence rather than competing with it. Extending the home’s design language into the landscape, the pergolas’ modern aluminum materials and geometry create a seamless connection with the pool, garden, and surrounding architecture. An outdoor space built for living Generous in scale, the two pergolas extend directly from the living room, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out. This XL structure, completed with an integrated extension, are equipped with Terra Summer motorized louvers, privacy shutters, retractable mosquito screens, as well as Infratech heaters—bringing comfort, flexibility, and elegance to everyday life. This beautifully restored Victorian in East Falls had a long narrow room that we divided into two seating areas. By mixing the clients antiques with new upholstery and rugs we were able to update and lighten the space.
