Plants featured in this closeup are Agave 'Blue Glow' and Lomandra 'Breeze'. Material details, tinted concrete pavers, Mexican pebbles, beige gravel and black metal edging. This San Rafael front landscape has been dramatically updated with a welcoming concrete pathway entrance, and complimented by a variety of architectural plants, hardy succulents, textural grasses and a majestic, fruitless olive tree. Two horizontal ipe wood structures provide contemporary accents. New raised concrete planters alongside the new concrete driveway define the property and showcase more colorful succulents. A beautiful gray house paint color and ipe accents complete the remodel.

Arclinea Armour:
The kitchen design industry changed again with the launch of Armour last year. With a natural core in kraft paper mixed with new-gen resins, it is produced using high pressure lamination to create a highly evolved technical material with design capabilities for both horizontal and vertical applications, from cabinet fronts to countertops. The result, is an extremely durable surface that is scratch, abrasion, and finger proof resistant, buttery smooth to the touch, with velvety matte finish. It's water repellent and hygienic properties make it a smart choice for kitchen surfaces and the appearance of a matte lacquer to achieve that high-end modern look, for less. Armour meets the budget restraints of a multi-unit project or the savvy designer or homeowner.

Angled perspective focusing on the bespoke floor-to-ceiling entertainment center, the statement furniture piece of the living room. Deep charcoal shaker-style cabinetry integrates TV recess, multi-size open display niches for decor and framed artwork, plus enclosed cabinet storage to conceal electronics and clutter. Coordinated neutral upholstered seating group, round nested coffee tables and textured area rug complete the lounge arrangement, while sightlines extend through to the kitchen space, maintaining unified Spanish farmhouse tone throughout the open layout. Cabinet construction uses termite-resistant board specially formulated for Philippines humid tropical conditions.

The composition of layers, the palette of shades, and the use of natural materials (concrete and granulate) give this stone his warm feel and romantic look. The Odyssee stone is 100 percent frost-resistant and can therefore be used indoors and outdoors. With a variety of sizes it's easy to make that realistic random looking wall. Stone Design is durable, easy to clean, does not discolor and is moist, frost, and heat resistant. The light weight panels are easy to install with a regular thin set mortar (tile adhesive) based on the subsurface conditions. The subtle variatons in color and shape make it look and feel like real stone. After treatment with a conrete sealer this stone is even more easy to keep clean.

This project came into existence in a way that we were approached by one of our customers. She wanted us to cover the pathway along the lawn in such a way that it beautifies the outskirts of the lawn without hiding away the greenery of it. So we presented her with an idea of manufacturing and placing of abstract frames along the pathway. These frames were made out of pure meranti wood to not only fight hot and humid conditions but also the water while watering the lawn. She wanted the frames to match the color of her vase that was placed near her entrance door. "GREY" being the theme of our project, we topped these frames with heat resistent grey paint to maximize the life span of these frames fighting the fierce heat for longer time.
