This master bath needed some improvement! The shower was very small and dated...with mold growing in all sorts of hidden spaces! The tile was improperly installed, so the grout was cracking. The corner whirlpool tub was difficult to use. To improve this bath, we removed a built-in cabinet, moved a wall, and changed double doors to a single one so the shower could be expanded. The corner whirlpool tub was removed and replaced with a smaller rectangular tub to open up the space. New tile was installed with accent tile bands and a pattern in the floor. We installed frameless shower glass to give the space an open feel and added two showerheads, three body sprays and a bench. An elegant chandelier was hung over the tub and two vanity lights were installed over the sinks where their previously had been only one.

This beautiful residence in Willow Bend is a perfect example of how an intended design can not end up the way you had planned because of who you chose to go with as a general contractor. This family came to Euro for help fixing what the previous kitchen design did not achieve. Not only was the original granite improperly installed but the cabinetry design did not meet the clients' expectations. With exceptional design, planning, and implementation Euro Design Build was able to recreate the space to better suit the needs and wants of the household.

The overarching goal for these clients was a zero maintenance exterior. In order to truly accomplish that, the entire outside shell of the house had to be redone. All of the original aluminum siding was replaced with top-of-the-line Azek Trim (a composite) and repainted Hardie Plank Siding (a cement-based material designed to look exactly like wood siding). There was a lot of rotting wood that was behind the old siding making the covered porch area into a serious hazard, as it was on the verge of collapsing. The rotting areas were all fixed, including rotting areas on the roof. The old shingles were removed, rotting areas were fixed and the entire house was re-shingled. Numerous windows were replaced throughout the house including the garage and stable windows. The rear nook windows were replaced with ones that better addressed the space and disability while also addressing the massive rot present due to improper installation in the original construction.

Engineered cedar siding creates beautiful gray-blue tones at the exterior of the home, while adding a textural element to activate the simple exterior design.

Differences in Installation:
Concrete slab is somewhat easy to install, but the material takes time to dry and cure. The installation process includes excavation, grading, preparation of the foundation, setting forms, and pouring the concrete. One of the major downsides to concrete is it can crack when the ground below flexes. It is also very important to get the grading just right with a concrete installation, as it can be a very costly error to fix once the concrete has been poured. Improper concrete grading can lead to low spots which will retain water, leaving discolorations and staining.
Paving stones require a lot more preparation which makes for a more labor intensive installation. The paver installation process includes: excavation, grading, sub-base compaction, geotextile fiber install, base preparation, base compaction, sand preparation, lay the pavers, cut the borders, prepare the bond beam, compact the stones, and finally seal the pavers upon completion. Since there is no curing time with paving stones, the paver installation is ready to use immediately upon completion. Also, if the grading happened to be slightly off or settling occurred later down the line, the pavers can easily be readjusted to correct the issue.

This home, located in Millis, MA, had originally had 5-year old Certainteed Weatherboard fiber cement installed that was improperly installed by the builder and had cracks and rot already setting in. This homeowner heard about Everlast Composite Siding and decided to reach out to us because the idea of having a low maintenance siding appealed to her.
Understandably, this Millis homeowner did every bit of her homework to ensure she found the right product and the right company to replace her failing siding.
As the most experienced composite installer in New England and installing Everlast for close to a decade we’ve perfected the installation and understand what procedures are necessary to ensure the longevity of the product.
We loved restoring this homeowners confidence and restoring their love for their home again. We did so by installing Everlast Composite Siding in the 7” exposure of Sand Dune and a new Provia Entry Door with Sidelites.

This historical home built in 1905, located in Lakeridge Seattle had a ton of original characteristics to the home, but needed some love to brighten the space and create a functional layout. We were hired to remove an improperly installed structure and clean up the existing structure to create a contemporary kitchen and bathroom space. We started by removing a sunroom addition and revising the skylights and windows in the existing kitchen nook space. The original kitchen layout did not include a good prep space and had a significant portion of cabinets lower than standard height. We reconfigured the space to maximize flow and function, while keeping seating and adding a bar in the back! We transformed the space from worn and drab to bright and beautiful!
