After – Guest Bathroom Renovation: Bright, Safe, and Personalized This guest bathroom was fully renovated with a focus on brightness, functionality, and the clients’ personal touch. Existing elements like the mirror and wall art were thoughtfully preserved to reflect the clients’ style. The space features white cabinetry with brushed nickel finishes, and large-format white porcelain tiles throughout—including on the sliding shower doors. Accessibility was a key priority, with grab bars installed for safety and ease of use, tailored to the clients’ needs. A spacious shower niche was added for practicality, finished with the same tile as the floor to create visual contrast. The shower includes both a wall-mounted head and a handheld spray, combining comfort with thoughtful design.

We worked alongside ACG Architects and accessible kitchen design specialist, Adam Thomas to create this stunning wheelchair-accessible kitchen so our client could prepare, cook and serve meals for her family independently. We designed this kitchen to have three different heights to enable our client and family to prepare and cook food easily. For example, the accessible worktop with a custom-made sink was made to be 870mm - the perfect height for a wheelchair user. Other key features in this design include wheelchair level ovens with tray slides that sit directly under two Neff Slide & Glide ovens, a Neff Steamer and a Microwave, so hot oven trays can be moved easily across each tray slide. A pull-out shelf allows for food/trays to be moved easily to the worktop level that was designed to be lower than standard for wheel-chair use. In front of the hob, there is also a protective lip at the edge of the worktop to stop a pan from boiling over onto the floor, or onto the client's lap. A stone sink was also custom made by Cosentino, so it wasn’t too deep for our client to reach into. The architects included wood slatting across the entire ground floor that creating a stunning feature in the kitchen space. Each slat was designed to run with precision over the door units - there were also toasters and pull-out drawers hidden behind this area which were designed to be isolated from the power when the doors were closed. Mixing different materials and textures in a kitchen space created interest and contrast. The striking mix of the stained wood slatting, Graphite Grey cabinetry and durable Dekton Keon worktops in this collaborative kitchen design creates a real wow factor. One of the top factors that can influence the value of a property is the Master Bathroom. During the complete makeover on this project, we proceeded with the complete demolition of the existing master bathroom, including floors, vanity, plumbing, lighting fixtures, toitel and tub. In collaboration with the prestigious designer, Roberto Lugo, the D9 team worked on the layout for the Master Bathroom. With the plan of optimizing the space, we gave ample room to the vanity and the shower to allow them to include all the requested features from the homeowner. To create an inspiring and elegant atmosphere the combination of selected colors, textures and materials played a key role. The Master Bathroom was given elegance by the unique look of the gray toned Marble countertops, combined with the sophistication and detailed finish of the bathroom cabinets, and the neutral gray paint used to finish the raised-cabinets. The shower enclosure presents a double shower with two Marble benches and four shower fixtures with hinged door.

A laundry room flood gave opportunity for a brand new kitchen including an improved floor plan, new custom cabinets and fabulous organization. Creating separate work zones for this busy family was the key. The island houses all tools necessary for this avid baker. Including a hinged mixer shelf, pull out utensil bin and tray base cabinet. The wall layout has everything you need to prep and cook a gourmet meal. Reconfiguring the niche created additional pantry and baking pan storage. Adding seeded glass and mullions gave this client plenty of space to display her favorite items
