Welcome to our latest kitchen renovation project, where classic French elegance meets contemporary design in the heart of Great Falls, VA. In this transformation, we aim to create a stunning kitchen space that exudes sophistication and charm, capturing the essence of timeless French style with a modern twist. Our design centers around a harmonious blend of light gray and off-white tones, setting a serene and inviting backdrop for this kitchen makeover. These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming. Inspiration for a contemporary l-shaped ceramic tile eat-in kitchen remodel in Salt Lake City with a farmhouse sink, recessed-panel cabinets, gray cabinets, solid surface countertops, beige backsplash, cement tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and an island

Rising amidst the grand homes of North Howe Street, this stately house has more than 6,600 SF. In total, the home has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three powder rooms. Designed with an extra-wide floor plan (21'-2"), achieved through side-yard relief, and an attached garage achieved through rear-yard relief, it is a truly unique home in a truly stunning environment. The centerpiece of the home is its dramatic, 11-foot-diameter circular stair that ascends four floors from the lower level to the roof decks where panoramic windows (and views) infuse the staircase and lower levels with natural light. Public areas include classically-proportioned living and dining rooms, designed in an open-plan concept with architectural distinction enabling them to function individually. A gourmet, eat-in kitchen opens to the home's great room and rear gardens and is connected via its own staircase to the lower level family room, mud room and attached 2-1/2 car, heated garage. The second floor is a dedicated master floor, accessed by the main stair or the home's elevator. Inquire About Our Design Services What we did: Outlined the furniture plan for the entire condo and then made sure everything came to life the way it was supposed to on paper. Reworked the color scheme for the space and repainted: We refreshed her kitchen by selecting a vibrant color backsplash. The peanut butter colored walls in the office room just had to go. Nobody could work in there! Custom designed the bedding in her master bedroom. Installed Hunter Douglas window treatments, and custom drapery that provided her with stylish privacy. Sourced all art and accessories for her space. We infused her amazing cultural collection with some added chicness. What I LOVE: The seagulls in her office. This was a perfect Etsy find. Those nightstands in her bedroom - can you say AH-Mazing! Her view. I was not personally responsible for that, but to work in that space was breathtaking! Like most growing families, this client wanted to lure everyone outside. And when the family went outdoors, they were hoping to find flamboyant color, delicious fragrance, freshly grilled food, fun play-spaces, and comfy entertaining areas waiting. Privacy was an imperative. Seems basic enough. But a heap of challenges stood in the way between what they were given upon arrival and the family's ultimate dreamscape. Primary among the impediments was the fact that the house stands on a busy corner lot. Plus, the breakneck slope was definitely not playground-friendly. Fortunately, Westover Landscape Design rode to the rescue and literally leveled the playing field. Furthermore, flowing from space to space is a thoroughly enjoyable, ever-changing journey given the blossom-filled, year-around-splendiferous gardens that now hug the walkway and stretch out to the property lines. Soft evergreen hedges and billowing flowering shrubs muffle street noise, giving the garden within a sense of embrace. A fully functional (and frequently used) convenient outdoor kitchen/dining area/living room expand the house's floorplan into a relaxing, nature-infused on-site vacationland. Mission accomplished. With the addition of the stunning old-world stone fireplace and pergola, this amazing property is a welcome retreat for year round enjoyment. Mission accomplished. What a fantastic couple to work with! We were presented with the challenges of needing more outdoor living space, a place to rinse after long bike rides, and an area for the young couples newest addition to play. We did it! We doubled the outdoor living space, added an outdoor shower just off the new patio, and managed to use the shape of the yard to our advantage to create an easy flow and accessibility to the yard!
