This is the main rack room or "head end". Consists of all the components for the audio and video distribution of this home. The video is controlled by a Crestron Digital Media matrix video switch and the audio by a Crestron 24x8 SWAMP. Sources include 3 cable boxes, an Apple TV, Autonomic Media Server, AM/FM/XM tuner and blu-ray player. The glue that binds this entire system together is the enterprise grade network from Pakedge. A Pakedge K62U router feeds 2 24-port switches and a 16-port POE switch. The POE switch provides power to the 3 wireless access points, the touchscreens and the TV control boxes.

The needs for this project included an expansive outdoor space that provides an unobstructed view of the open space behind the home while also being able to enjoy the sunny Colorado weather. Through an in depth design process the decision to use Tigerwood, a hardwood decking, was established. Tigerwood provides a long lasting decking option that looks beautiful and absorbs wear and tear much better than its softwood and composite counterparts.
For the roof it was decided that a timber frame design with cedar tongue and groove would be the best duo for form, function, and aesthetics. This allowed for multiple lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan to be integrated into the design.

In the heart of the home, We've meticulously crafted a sanctuary of creativity and productivity in this home office. A symphony of design elements converges to create a space that not only reflects my professional ethos but also serves as a haven for inspiration.
At the forefront of the room are nine floating metal portfolio prints, each encapsulating a unique design narrative. These prints are more than decorations; they are windows into the journey as an interior designer, weaving a tapestry of experiences and influences that have shaped my craft.
Positioned strategically, a 43" LG 4k TV graces the wall, with integrated Philips Hue lighting behind it casting a soft, ambient glow. Flanked by custom ebony veneer columns, this entertainment hub seamlessly combines modern technology with bespoke craftsmanship, creating a visual spectacle that enhances both work and leisure moments.
Lighting plays a pivotal role in setting the ambiance. Recessed square LED lights illuminate the space, while two incandescent wall sconces add a touch of warmth. All of this is seamlessly orchestrated through Lutron Caseta WiFi switches, allowing me to curate the perfect lighting atmosphere for any occasion.
Functionality meets aesthetics with Merillat cabinetry thoughtfully integrated into the design. These cabinets discreetly store away office supplies and materials, maintaining a clutter-free environment conducive to focus and creativity. The ebony veneer theme extends to the custom columns, creating a visual harmony throughout the space.
The pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the standing desk, a marvel of modern design and functionality. Its programmable feature allows for up to four memorized heights, catering to my ergonomic preferences throughout the workday. This dynamic element not only promotes a healthier work lifestyle but also symbolizes the adaptability and innovation that define my approach to interior design.
In this carefully curated home office, every detail tells a story, and every element serves a purpose. It is a reflection of our passion for design, where form and function coalesce to create a space that not only meets professional needs but nurtures the spirit of creativity and innovation.

The Midnight Dome - A modern black box home theater designed for a truly cinematic experience at home.
We transformed this space into an immersive luxury cinema with a minimalist approach. The envelope is wrapped in deep matte charcoal to eliminate light reflection and maximize contrast for the oversized BenQ 4K projection screen. The architectural star is the custom oversized dome ceiling with hidden warm white cove lighting that creates a soft, floating halo effect.
To balance the dark walls, we layered in a light, textural cut-pile carpet for acoustic softening and visual contrast. Seating is a custom oversized low-profile modular pit sectional in a dark taupe performance velvet, designed for lounging and large family movie nights. A single modern linear wall sconce and dimmable recessed downlights provide layered, theater-appropriate lighting without competing with the screen.
Minimalist, moody, and completely immersive - proof that a home theater can be both high-performance and beautifully designed.
Features: Custom coved dome ceiling, hidden LED lighting, blackout paint package, large format projector setup, custom pit sectional layout, acoustic-friendly finishes, integrated smart lighting.
