2017 Winner of Detroit Home magazine's "Best Home Theater" Spire Integrated Systems awe-inspiring home theater room created to showcase the latest in high performing technology. The design of the room was in two parts: aesthetics and technical. The amazing sound is due to 7 in wall and in ceiling Meridian DSP speakers plus an audio processor. To enhance the sound, they hung Artnovion acoustic panels on the walls. They installed a hidden 4K Projector plus a 144" CinemaScope screen for amazing picture quality. They added custom leather reclining sofa, chaise and chairs plus a beautiful wood cabinet to house the audio/visual processors and sub woofers. For the perfect ambience they added blue LED lighting in the ceiling and steps.

Solution: We coordinated directly with the vendor to source replacement tile and brought in a trusted subcontractor to ensure proper installation and sealing, preventing future issues and restoring the integrity of the space. Project Name: Fanfol Drive | Key Feature: A modern second home designed for relaxed, livable luxury, featuring dramatic architectural highlights like a matte black foyer ceiling with an alabaster and brass chandelier, artisan-made details, and customized guest spaces including a golf-themed bedroom and finished theater room. Challenge: Integrating uniquely themed guest rooms and a partially finished theater room into the overall modern design without disrupting cohesion. Solution: Each specialty space was thoughtfully designed to flow with the home’s overall palette,using dark earthy greens, pale pink accents with architectural molding, and layered textures, while tying in existing elements like leather theater seating through custom furnishings and dramatic lighting. Integrated LED fixtures in 3000K made by Garden Light LED on the home and path. This house has 7 on the house, 1 on the tree, 2 on the path, and 1 on the front step rail for a total of 11 lights.

The needs for this project included an expansive outdoor space that provides an unobstructed view of the open space behind the home while also being able to enjoy the sunny Colorado weather. Through an in depth design process the decision to use Tigerwood, a hardwood decking, was established. Tigerwood provides a long lasting decking option that looks beautiful and absorbs wear and tear much better than its softwood and composite counterparts. For the roof it was decided that a timber frame design with cedar tongue and groove would be the best duo for form, function, and aesthetics. This allowed for multiple lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan to be integrated into the design.
