This home was a sweet 30's bungalow in the West Hollywood area. We flipped the kitchen and the dining room to allow access to the ample backyard. The design of the space was inspired by Manhattan's pre war apartments, refined and elegant.

Large pots of water can easily be moved from this secondary sink to the cooktop. When the homeowners entertain, they can fill the sink with ice for bottles of champagne or wine. The boy’s room utilizes many durable items. An upholstered bed, metal nightstand, and simple blue linen shade with blue trim create a masculine yet approachable atmosphere.
