Every residence at Peloro condominium features: 9ft 4inch ceilings throughout; designer fixtures & appliances with contemporary styling; expansive floor-to-ceiling hurricane proof windows; European-style kitchen with elevated breakfast counter top; fire protection sprinkler system & smoke detectors; full-sized washer and dryer in every unit; high efficiency central air conditioning & heated system; large private balconies with breathtaking water & city views; marble flooring in all bathrooms; penthouses with private roof terraces & jacuzzi's; and pre-wired for cable and high speed internet.

With their children grown, getting married and having children, our clients the lower level to be family-friendly for all ages. Durable, stain-resistant materials were mandatory, and the design had to be consistent with the first floor spaces. For those who aren't watching the game on TV, we created a fireplace sitting area that encourages conversation or solitary browsing on the Internet.

The loft offers seamless wireless internet and beautiful music that flows effortlessly from room to room.

Modern home front entry features a voice over Internet Protocol Intercom Device to interface with the home's Crestron control system for voice communication at both the front door and gate. This gorgeous barndominium boasts 10′ first floor ceilings and 9′ second floor. You will enter the house from the covered porch which opens to an expansive vaulted living space.
