Fields-Led Feature Wall in a Contemporary Villa
In this elegant private villa, we transformed the entrance hall into a striking architectural statement using our Fields-Led wall panels with integrated LED lighting. The dynamic geometric design creates a captivating interplay of texture, depth, and light, turning a functional hallway into a true focal point of the home.
The integrated LED lighting is fully dimmable via remote control, allowing the atmosphere to be adjusted effortlessly from subtle ambient illumination to a more dramatic visual effect. In addition, the lighting system has been seamlessly integrated into the villa’s existing home automation (domotics) system, providing intuitive control and enhancing the overall smart-home experience.
After installation, the entire feature wall was professionally finished and sprayed in a custom RAL colour, creating a refined and cohesive appearance that perfectly complements the interior design of the villa.
The result is a unique combination of innovative design, advanced lighting technology, and bespoke craftsmanship—demonstrating how our Fields-Led panels can elevate any interior space into a sophisticated architectural feature.

Watermark Residence was conceived as a “downsizing” project for Owners looking to transition from the home where they raised their family to a simpler lifestyle. The footprint and exterior massing of the single family condo was prescribed, but MMA wove new details into these constraints and was urged by the Owner to completely reinvent the interior experience.
From the exterior, the home sits subtly on a corner lot, referencing the neighborhood in its style, but with a warmth and crispness that speaks also to the interiors.
The primary goal of the project was to provide an open, inviting atmosphere of connected spaces that allowed natural light into all areas of the home. Upon entry, there is an immediate involvement in the daily activities with the living and dining rooms being the focal point, and a more intimate kitchen slightly out of view.
Throughout the home, the idea of privacy and transparency plays an important role in the organization of spaces and materials chosen. More private corridors lead to intimate bedroom spaces and functional laundry and mudrooms. A two-floor, semi-transparent slat wall shields direct visibility from the street, while also providing connection between the entertaining spaces of the home. Combined with the white oak, open staircase, the movement between levels feels intuitive and inviting.
A simple palette of materials, understated in their appearance but detailed in their execution, are threaded throughout the home. Gathering spaces are represented with open slats, grounding brick, white oak, and bright walls. Movement deeper into the house brings refined slat panels with integrated hardware at kitchen millwork, softly painted cabinetry, and warm tones of walnut in furniture elements. The most private spaces of the home further extrude the slat element into fluted panels, painted in deeper colors.
Find the right local pro for your project

Carefully orientated and sited on the edge of small plateau this house looks out across the rolling countryside of North Canterbury. The 3-bedroom rural family home is an exemplar of simplicity done with care and precision.
Tucked in alongside a private limestone quarry with cows grazing in the distance the choice of materials are intuitively natural and implemented with bare authenticity.
Oiled random width cedar weatherboards are contemporary and rustic, the polished concrete floors with exposed aggregate tie in wonderfully to the adjacent limestone cliffs, and the clean folded wall to roof, envelopes the building from the sheltered south to the amazing views to the north. Designed to portray purity of form the outer metal surface provides enclosure and shelter from the elements, while its inner face is a continuous skin of hoop pine timber from inside to out.
The hoop pine linings bend up the inner walls to form the ceiling and then soar continuous outward past the full height glazing to become the outside soffit. The bold vertical lines of the panel joins are strongly expressed aligning with windows and jambs, they guild the eye up and out so as you step in through the sheltered Southern entrances the landscape flows out in front of you.
Every detail required careful thought in design and craft in construction. As two simple boxes joined by a glass link, a house that sits so beautifully in the landscape was deceptively challenging, and stands as a credit to our client passion for their new home & the builders craftsmanship to see it though, it is a end result we are all very proud to have been a part of.

It’s unique ellipse shape resembles a slim silhouette with a remarkable line of fire. Smart and stylish, the fireplace is a modern and luxurious element of the contemporary design. ZEN is available in either black or white colour, finished with fiberglass polyester, powered coated steel and tempered glass. In addition, the designer’s idea was to create a bio fireplace with optimal flexibility of the product’s height. Therefore, Zen includes both lower and slightly higher (ZEN High) version depending on one’s needs.
Thanks to the advanced BEV technology, the fireplace does not emit any smell and ash. Additionally, it also allows to regulate the height of natural colour flames. The user can adjust it up to one’s likings in order to create a perfect atmosphere.
ZEN is portable and its installation does not demand any hard connections. Therefore, the fireplace can be placed anywhere to fit even the most exquisite project. The fireplace is safe and user friendly. The intuitive system provides single button operation. Innovative and sophisticated, the fireplace works literally at the push of the button. Take a peek at our 2022 project for Edgehill Music Publishing, located in the heart of Nashville’s 12th South district.
This 2,500 sq. ft. commercial facility was meticulously designed to accommodate up to seven writers’ rooms and production suites—each capable of operating simultaneously without interruption, with four of the rooms built for mixing capabilities. With seamless audio integration throughout, the space ensures intuitive connectivity no matter where you are on the property.
The aesthetic palette, paired with a loud and quirky speakeasy vibe, creates a fun atmosphere that reflects the owners’ personalities. The result is not just a studio that feels effortless—it’s an inspiring environment where writing, mixing, and production can happen with minimal sound transmission.
Behind the walls, the architectural acoustics are second to none. The design emphasizes a true “plug-and-play” workflow: each control room, both isolation booths, and all common areas are acoustically isolated with extraordinary attention to detail. Each suite is equipped with dedicated, silent 1:1 HVAC systems. Eight independent floating-floor systems support the suites, while tailored sound-reducing wall assemblies and intentional treatments in the main suites deliver clarity and precision for mixing. Full-lite doors, combined with the fact that no suite is mechanically bonded, allow all rooms to operate simultaneously with minimal sound transfer.

Headline: Stop replacing your kid's closet every few years. ? (Mercer Island Project)
Body:
A recent client in Mercer Island reached out with a common frustration: their existing custom closet couldn't survive their kids. The shelves were bowing, the standard drawers were breaking from being slammed, and the floor was a constant mountain of clothes. (See the "Before" photo).
Kids' rooms require heavy-duty engineering, not just pretty panels. Here is how we rebuilt the space logic:
✔️ Impact-Resistant Hardware: We installed heavy-duty, soft-close glides. When kids slam the drawers, the hardware absorbs the shock, preserving the cabinet frame.
✔️ The Drawer Matrix: We eliminated deep, chaotic shelves. By increasing the number of drawers, we created an intuitive sorting system that actually encourages kids to put things away.
✔️ Structural Integrity: Built with solid materials designed for decades of daily physical stress.
A closet isn't just a box; it's a daily operating system for your home. If your current storage is failing, let's redesign the logic of your space.

This project in Downingtown focused on refreshing a rear patio while preserving a natural, organic look that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
Building a Strong, Natural Foundation
We began by carefully grading and leveling the patio area to create a stable base for the installation. To reinforce the perimeter and maintain long-term durability, small boulders were tightly placed along the edges. This approach not only enhances the natural aesthetic but also helps prevent the loss of base material over time.
With the foundation prepared, we installed irregular flagstone, cutting and fitting each piece with precision. The result is a clean, tightly joined surface that resembles a natural stone puzzle, structured yet organic in appearance.
Bringing It All Together
To improve flow throughout the yard, stepping stone pathways were added on both sides of the patio. These pathways create smooth, intuitive transitions to other areas of the rear garden while maintaining the same natural design language.
To complete the project, we constructed a flagstone walkway connecting the driveway to the rear garden. This addition enhances accessibility and ties the entire outdoor space together, creating a cohesive, functional environment that feels both intentional and effortlessly natural.
If you’re looking to create a natural, beautifully crafted patio or walkway in Downingtown or anywhere around Chester County, our team is here to help. From thoughtful design to precise installation, we bring outdoor spaces to life with lasting quality and care. Contact us today to schedule a consultation and start planning your transformation.
