The storybook exterior features a front facing garage that is ideal for narrower lots. The arched garage bays add character to the whimsical exterior. This home enjoys a spacious single dining area while the kitchen is multi-functional with a center cook-top island and bar seating for casual eating and gathering. Two additional bedrooms are found upstairs, and are separated by a loft for privacy.

Tiny House bathroom
Photography: Gieves Anderson
Noble Johnson Architects was honored to partner with Huseby Homes to design a Tiny House which was displayed at Nashville botanical garden, Cheekwood, for two weeks in the spring of 2021. It was then auctioned off to benefit the Swan Ball. Although the Tiny House is only 383 square feet, the vaulted space creates an incredibly inviting volume. Its natural light, high end appliances and luxury lighting create a welcoming space.

This one is near and dear to my heart. Not only is it in my own backyard, it is also the first remodel project I've gotten to do for myself! This space was previously a detached two car garage in our backyard. Seeing it transform from such a utilitarian, dingy garage to a bright and cheery little retreat was so much fun and so rewarding! This space was slated to be an AirBNB from the start and I knew I wanted to design it for the adventure seeker, the savvy traveler, and those who appreciate all the little design details . My goal was to make a warm and inviting space that our guests would look forward to coming back to after a full day of exploring the city or gorgeous mountains and trails that define the Pacific Northwest. I also wanted to make a few bold choices, like the hunter green kitchen cabinets or patterned tile, because while a lot of people might be too timid to make those choice for their own home, who doesn't love trying it on for a few days?At the end of the day I am so happy with how it all turned out!

Situated in old Palo Alto, CA, this historic 1905 Craftsman style home now has a stunning landscape to match its custom hand-crafted interior. Our firm had a blank slate with the landscape, and carved out a number of spaces that this young and vibrant family could use for gathering, entertaining, dining, gardening and general relaxation. Mature screen planting, colorful perennials, citrus trees, ornamental grasses, and lots of depth and texture are found throughout the many planting beds. In effort to conserve water, the main open spaces were covered with a foot friendly, decorative gravel. Giving the family a great space for large gatherings, all while saving water.

This project involved multiple walls being removed in order to create a more unified and open space.

This home office was created from an outbuilding on the property. Seagrass wall-to-wall carpet was installed for ultimate durability and a relaxed vibe. We employed a high-low aesthetic to create a space that was unique but still within budget, utilizing the owner's Stickley desk, a custom desk chair, custom blush Roman shades, a Hudson Valley Fenwater chandelier and sconces, and multiple office items from budget sources like IKEA and The Container Store. The ceiling is painted Quicksand and walls and trim in White Dove by Benjamin Moore. Photo by Sabrina Cole Quinn Photography.

When the client reached out to assemble the team to execute their dream backyard, they chose Williamson Landscape Architecture, Coburn Construction, and Terrain Seattle to bring their vision to life. The work included a custom pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, and multiple seating areas with detailed flatwork.

Incorporating a reclaimed wood wall into this newly renovated East Village Duplex, brought in warm materials into an open stairwell.

At Cabinet Cures of the Triangle, we come to your home and remove all the doors, drawer fronts, molding, and hardware. We provide brand new solid wood doors and drawer fronts that we professionally finish at our shop. Style and color/stain are our client's preference.
The new doors all come standard with new, hidden soft close hinges.
We also finish 1/4” wood, and all molding in the same color as your doors and drawers, so everything matches exactly.
At your home, we reface all exterior boxes with the finished 1/4” wood, replace all crown molding, light rail molding, and base (shoe) molding, and install the new doors, drawer fronts, and hardware.
To ensure the most professional finish, our finishing process for every item (doors, drawer fronts, molding, finish wood, etc.) involves multiple layers of stain/primer/top coat/finish and includes sanding before every coat.
This project Includes Standard Refacing and some modifications:
- We added a new larger crown, it gives a more modern look.
- New pull-out trash.
- Convert the cabinets next to the range to a 3-drawer base
- The space under the window was modified to put a wine fridge.
