With a few weeks until his next visit, Maolin enlisted Cantoni LA designer, Kyle Spivey to transform the empty space into a stylish, move-in ready home all in time for his stateside arrival. A full condominium renovation designed as a pied-a-terre for a jet setting executive. The living room open to the dining room with a mirror paneled wall makes this space look and feel even more expansive. Large windows with roller shades look out onto the snow capped trees in the winter and leafy foliage which provides privacy in the summer.

British David Hicks was the da Vinci of the modern interior… Daring, Brazen, Groovy and Glamorous.
