Our Pasadena studio gave this bathroom a re-fresh so that our clients could relax and rejuvenate in its serene design language. The white and taupe color palette with hints of pale green creates a calming ambience, and the large tub is ideal for unwinding in and has a tub deck for scented candles and toiletries. A wall-mounted custom vanity offers ample storage and is complemented with a custom mirror. The contemporary flooring looks beautiful and serves a functional purpose, too, as it is slip-resistant.

Encrypted fireplace house blessing. We worked with B G & K to create a fireplace enclosure that has an encrypted house blessing using Bar Code language. It's natural hot rolled steel with a clear satin finish.

The family room was thoughtfully designed as the heart of the home, where custom built-ins, architectural millwork, and layered textures work together to create a warm and inviting gathering space. Integrated cabinetry provides both beauty and function, while the extensive millwork carried throughout the home establishes a cohesive design language that adds character, depth, and timeless elegance to the once builder-grade interior.

A warm mid-century revival blending terracotta vertical tile, terrazzo floors, and brass accents. This bathroom is one piece of a full-home reimagination that also renewed the kitchen, fireplace, and laundry space with a cohesive, elevated design language.

Linear based island table coated in white simplicity. The search for equilibrium between design and comfort is the key element to a great project. The concept of Artika reworks its shapes to live within the space with harmony and simplicity. By doing so, it adopts a universal language; the intimacy of the family.

On Preston I was aiming for an architectural-language that resembled calligraphy or even better, a building composed of brush strokes. Envisioning Hokusai’s “The Wave”, my initial sketches were shaped like auburn ships. A wind blowing, I pushed and pulled the roof eaves spiraling them back into themselves as if a massive brush stroke loomed before me. The Afrika collection is inspired by the warm colors of a faraway land that is home to diverse ethnicities and languages. The sinuosity of the lines evokes the soft movements of the wind creating amazing and perfect sand dunes. Tile flooring with the power to harness the glowing colors of a tropical savanna sunset. An impressive surface that reproduces the glowing colors only found in the most heavenly tropical savanna sunsets. Formal living room: We played off symmetry of the windows and fireplace to create the spacious conversational layout, perfect for this chill family that enjoys quiet evenings at home. To achieve a farmhouse chic look, we used a blend of luxe, luminous materials and traditional farmhouse finishes (rustic & reclaimed wood, iron). Fabrics are high performance (kid friendly) and the coffee table is virtually indestructible to little ones! Modernism and traditionalism are just steps away from each other at this Vienna Virginia pool house. The main house, built by a national homebuilder, draws upon tradition, but the pool house, speaks the language of contemporary minimalism. It presents clean lines and a soaring roofline overhanging tall glass doors and clerestory windows. Great design, careful attention to detail, first-rate materials and impeccable craftsmanship have yielded a spectacular solution for outdoor entertaining. With a fireplace and every conceivable convenience under roof, this pool house might just be the perfect escape for inclement weather as well.
