In this master bath, we removed the jacuzzi tub and installed a free standing Compton 70” white acrylic tub. Sienna porcelain tile 12 x 24 in Bianco color was installed on the room floor and walls of the shower. Linear glass/stone/metal accent tile was installed in the shower. The new vanity cabinets are Medalllion Gold, Winslow Flat Panel, Maple Finish in Chai Latte classic paint with Champangne bronze pulls. On the countertop is Silestone 3cm Quartz in Pulsar color with single roundover edge. Delta Cassidy Collection faucets, floor mount tub filler faucet, rain showerhead with handheld slide bar, 24” towel bar, towel ring, double robe hooks, toilet paper holder, 12” and 18” grab bars. Two Kohler rectangular undermount white sinks where installed. Wainscot wall treatment in painted white was installed behind the tub.

In this kitchen, we installed Medallion Gold, Maple – Providence Flat Panel Full Overlay in White Icing Paint on the perimeter and bar cabinets and Chai Latte Paint for the island accented with Transitional Metal Pulls and Knobs in Brushed Nickel. Wilsonart Arashi was installed on the perimeter and bar and Cambria Bellingham installed on the island. For the backsplash 3x6 white subway pattern tile was installed on the perimeter with Octagon white with black dots decorative tile with 12” black pencil molding was installed behind the range. For the bar area 5/8” random linear metal/glass tile in Obsidian color was installed. A Blanco Ikon Apron front sink in Antracite color with Moen Align pull down faucet in Spot Resist Stainless finish and a Danze deck mount pot filler faucet in Stainless Steel.

Dura Supreme Transitional White/Cherry/Off-White Cabinetry. Beautiful marble looking Quartz called Marbella from Vadara. Decorative backsplash tile at rangetop is a cosa marble gardenia mosaic in creama marfil 12x12 sizing. The surround of decorative backsplash is 3.9"x12" Crema Marfil Crown. Full height slab backsplash surround the range deco tile. THe cabinets are decorated with Top Knobs hardare in polished nickel. The knobs are the Emerald Crystal Knobs and the pulls are from the Transcend line. Glass used is clear starfire glass with antique mirror on the hutch. The cabinetry colors are specific to the cabinet company Dura Supreme. White Paint Perimeter in the Highland Panel. Latte Paint on the Hutch in Hawthorne door style. The island is Cherry wood in Cappucino Stain (low sheen) with the Hawthorne door style.
