A gorgeous freeform pool with beautiful boulder work and flagstone decking seamlessly tie in with the natural landscape creating a tranquil oasis.
Lush landscaping accents the raised spa with its layered stone spillway and stunning weeping rock wall. The over-sized sun shelf adds another space to relax in and enjoy the views.

After completing their primary bathroom, mudroom, and laundry room, this repeat client invited our team back to reimagine their kitchen, creating a space that better supports how their family lives and gathers.
The layout was thoughtfully reworked to improve flow and function, centered around a larger island with seating for four. Designed as the heart of the home, the island creates a natural place for connection, whether for everyday meals or hosting.
Custom elements bring both purpose and character to the space. A built-in display cabinet adds storage and soft ambient lighting, while custom booth seating with integrated drawers offers a practical, space-saving solution without sacrificing design. Layered lighting throughout enhances warmth and depth, complementing the balance of light and dark finishes.
A mixed tile backsplash ties the entire space together, adding texture and a cohesive, elevated feel.
Every detail was carefully considered, resulting in a kitchen that feels refined, functional, and seamlessly connected to the rest of the home.

This remodeled family room balances architectural presence with soft, livable comfort. Exposed wood ceiling beams introduce warmth and character overhead, while a streamlined fireplace wall creates a clean, modern focal point. The fireplace surround pairs textured paneling above with a smooth, tailored lower finish, adding depth without visual clutter.
Furnishings were selected for both comfort and refinement — a generous sectional anchors the space, layered with a mix of neutral textiles and subtle pattern. Sculptural accent tables and woven ottomans bring in organic texture, while oversized artwork adds color and movement without overwhelming the palette.
Large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the warm woods and soft neutrals throughout. The result is a family room that feels elevated yet relaxed — designed for everyday living, gathering, and long evenings by the fire.

This family room was furnished to soften a modern architectural backdrop while maintaining openness to the adjacent kitchen. Layered neutral upholstery, tailored silhouettes, and textural fabrics create a comfortable gathering space that still feels refined. The fireplace feature wall anchors the room, while low-profile tables and sculptural lighting keep sightlines open and circulation easy. The furnishing plan supports everyday living, conversation, and connection within an open-concept layout.

Large black-trimmed windows bring in ample natural light, framing the serene simplicity of this primary bedroom. Walls are finished in Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace, a clean white that complements the warmth of natural oak flooring. The white ceiling fan is the Hunter Timpani 52", providing quiet comfort without distracting from the space’s soft palette. Natural materials like a woven jute rug and layered pillows introduce earthy texture, while pops of forest green and teal in the decor add rich depth. A modern Highland cow print adds character above the upholstered bed, bringing in a rustic yet refined focal point.

This primary bedroom blends soft blues with bold pops of color for a lively and layered look. Light blue painted walls serve as a serene backdrop for an off-white upholstered bed with layered bedding, including a blue coverlet, tan-and-white striped bolster, windowpane pillows, and hot pink bird-printed velvet pillows. Bright yellow velvet armchair, yellow-and-white drapery, and Roman shades add cheerful accents, while a light blue-and-white rug and white waterfall coffee table complete the space. Windows with crisp white trim allow natural light to brighten the room, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Kährs Chevron – chic, classic looks with a modern twist. Kährs has introduced a new patterned wood floor collection for Spring 2016. Offered in four on-trend colour tones, new Chevron creates a classical parquet-look with speed and ease. Matching frameboards can then be used around the edge of a room, to create a border for the stunning design. Unlike traditional parquet staves which are glued down piece-by-piece, Kährs’ Chevron has a modern, plank format – measuring 1848x300x15mm - which is fast to install. The angled chevron pattern and ingenious ‘parallelogram’ short ends create the continuous V-shaped design, which is further emphasized by a bevelled edge. All boards are brushed to create a tactile lived-in look, which complements the warm white, weathered grey, classic brown and dark brown colour tones and the lively oak graining. Kährs Chevron has a multi-layered construction, made up of a sustainable oak surface layer and a plywood core. This eco-friendly, engineered format makes the floor more stable and ideal for installation over underfloor heating.

Kährs have launched two new ultra-matt wood flooring collections, Lux and Lumen. Recently winning Gold for 'Best Flooring' at the 2017 House Beautiful Awards, Kährs' Lux collection includes nine one-strip plank format designs in an array of natural colours, which are mirrored in Lumen's three-strip designs.
The new surface treatment applied to the designs is non reflective; enhancing the colour and beauty of real wood, whilst giving a silky, yet strong shield against wear and tear.
Emanuel Lidberg, Head of Design at Kährs Group, says,
“Lux and Lumen have been developed for design-led interiors, with abundant natural light, for example with floor-to-ceiling glazing. Traditional lacquer finishes reflect light which distracts from the floor’s appearance. Our new, ultra-matt finish minimizes reflections so that the wood’s natural grain and tone can be appreciated to the full."
The contemporary Lux Collection features nine floors spanning from the milky white "Ash Air" to the earthy, deep-smoked "Oak Terra". Kährs' Lumen Collection offers mirrored three strip and two-strip designs to complement Lux, or offer an alternative interior look. All designs feature a brushed effect, accentuating the natural grain of the wood. All floors feature Kährs' multi-layered construction, with a surface layer of oak or ash.
This engineered format is eco-friendly, whilst also making the floors more stable, and ideal for use with underfloor heating systems. Matching accessories, including mouldings, skirting and handmade stairnosing are also available for the new designs.

Layering rugs, one on top of the other can add a lot of interest to a space. Layering a smaller rug on top of larger rug offers a simple way to add extra texture to your living space. Here is a combination of a handmade wool Kilim area rug already providing a textured look, layered on top of a larger neutral colored area rug. Our goal was to have the larger rug extend the space while providing a cohesive look. It is a fantastic look and our client is extremely happy.
