A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.

n the spa-like master bath, a beautiful new custom frameless vanity in oak features full overlay doors and furniture style feet. The Shaker-style vanity lends a minimalistic and timeless appearance to the room. A dark Cygnus granite countertop, double rectangular undermount sinks, and Lahara faucets by Delta make an elegant statement. Built at the more ergonomic height of 36” (standard vanity height is 32”), the cabinet offers plentiful storage, which was lacking in the existing bathroom.
