Founders of a high-tech, program trading firm required a space designed to attract and retain highly talented tech professionals. The design needed to reflect a company culture that is defined through leveraging technology and a work hard, play hard mentality. Confident in their ability to accomplish more with less, the firm acquires a West Loop residential loft-conversion to meet their needs. They required shared executive offices, a cross functional living/meeting space, an entertainment space and a guest bathroom.

Using TimberTech's CableRail in this application offers the ultimate view of your surroundings. Made of strong, stainless steel, CableRail by Feeney installs easily and lasts.

Leveraging the elegance of sustainably harvested wood on the inside and the low-maintenance durability of aluminum on the outside, the Generation 4 bifold glass doors presented the ideal solution for year-round indoor-outdoor living. Additionally, as an energy-efficient system, the NW Clad 740 maintains comfortable interiors regardless of weather. This clad system incorporates rear ventilation and clip-on technology between the aluminum and quadruple laminated cross-grain wood, allowing the two different materials to expand and contract without restraint. A specified swing door allows quick transitions between indoors and outdoors when the doors are kept closed. All while capitalizing on the slimmest aluminum clad frame and effortlessly integrating with the ADU’s contemporary aesthetics.

At HPA, we bring the opulence of luxury materials to your bathroom with Tyvarian® wall surrounds. Designed to emulate the elegance of marble, granite, and travertine, our panels transform ordinary bathrooms into exquisite private sanctuaries. These handcrafted pieces, made in Utah, leverage high-definition imaging technology to lend them a tactile and realistic aesthetic.
Additional Features
In addition to the wall surrounds, Tyvarian offers a range of additional features to improve the functionality and aesthetics of your bathroom. These include:
Integrated Shampoo Shelves: As part of our wall surrounds, these shelves provide a handy space to store your bath essentials, such as shampoo and conditioner. This design not only keeps your shower area neat but also declutters it.
Comfortable Shower Seats: Our Tyvarian shower seats offer a comfortable spot to relax during your shower. They are especially useful for seniors or those with mobility concerns.
Tailored Trim Options: With our Pencil Trim and Mini Pencil Trim, you have the chance to further customize your bathroom. They can be used to harmonize the overall decor or to introduce an understated contrast, depending on your design preference.

We turned this large 1950's garage into a personal design studio for a textile designer and her team. We embraced the industrial aesthetic of the space and chose to keep the exposed brick walls and clear coat the concrete floors.
