Our MOSS customers loved their Alexandria location, but, after years of living in the 405 square foot home, knew they wanted to add a significant amount of space to stay comfortable for the long term. MOSS worked with our customer to construct a “pop top” (essentially, an entire second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and push out the main floor of the home to give the homeowners a much larger 1183 square feet of living space (including a new kitchen and screened porch). Knowing that our customers wanted plenty of sunlight and also convenient spaces for their pets, MOSS worked with them to design the home to allow for large windows and features such as a a built in dog bowl faucet and doggy doors.

We transformed an unfinished basement hallway into a fully functional bathroom, providing the homeowner with a convenient restroom on the main living level. The project included plumbing installation, electrical work, framing, drywall, tile installation, recessed lighting, and a macerating pump system to accommodate the drainage line elevation.
We also built custom storage shelves in the hallway to maximize space and improve organization. The bathroom was constructed using the Schluter waterproofing system for long-term durability and moisture protection. The staircase was modified to improve comfort and accessibility.
This project significantly improved the functionality of the home while maintaining a traditional aesthetic that matches the homeowner’s style preferences.

Bolzan Letti was founded in the 90s by the family Bolzan and, despite maintaining its craft character and dimension, by the year 2000 the company had already developed into an industrial enterprise, integrating the craftsmanship know-how with a modern mechanization. The key word of Bolzan’s identity is “Made in Italy”. What sets Bolzan Letti apart in terms of production is the capability of combining tradition and technology. Our products are craft-finished up to the apparently insignificant details, using the technological solutions offered by industry, in order to guarantee the highest quality, strictly and genuinely made in Italy: that means good-looking, comfortable and long-lasting furniture.

This home started as a typical suburban all‑brick house, but years of deferred maintenance led to the complete failure of the original wood fascia and soffit. The damage was extensive enough that full replacement was the only long‑term solution.
We removed the deteriorated wood and rebuilt the exterior details using James Hardie fascia, soffit, trim, and selective siding replacement to restore structural integrity and give the home a clean, modern finish. Once the new Hardie components were installed, we protected and unified everything with two coats of Sherwin‑Williams Emerald Rain Refresh, providing a durable, low‑maintenance coating designed to stand up to Houston’s heat, humidity, and storms.
