This custom outdoor kitchen was designed to complement a resort-style backyard and pool area while creating a functional space for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The project features premium outdoor appliances, custom stonework, generous countertop space, integrated storage, and durable materials selected for long-term outdoor performance. The layout was carefully planned to connect the outdoor kitchen with the surrounding pool and gathering areas, creating an inviting environment for entertaining family and guests throughout the year.

We completed a full home remodel that blends modern design with warm, functional living. This project included a complete transformation of the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and flooring throughout the home. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, highlighted by a custom marble fireplace feature wall and large windows that bring in natural light.
The kitchen was redesigned with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and elegant brass finishes, creating a space that is both stylish and practical. The bathrooms were upgraded with spa-inspired designs, featuring walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, and modern fixtures for a clean and luxurious feel.
Throughout the home, new flooring, lighting, and finishes were carefully selected to create a cohesive and contemporary look. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to enhance comfort, functionality, and long-term value, delivering a space that feels both elevated and inviting.

This project transformed an existing outdoor space into a functional, all-season retreat with the addition of a custom waterproof pergola system. Built using white UCS panels with an integrated gutter, the structure provides reliable weather protection while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
The pergola was constructed on the home’s existing 6x6 pressure-treated posts, originally part of a trellis system, allowing for an efficient build while preserving the existing framework. Structural flexibility was built into the design, including provisions for an additional support post and potential height adjustments to ensure long-term performance and adaptability.
To enhance comfort and usability, integrated lighting and a patio heater were added, extending the functionality of the space into the evening and cooler months.
The end result is a refined outdoor living area that combines durability, protection from the elements, and year-round comfort—all while seamlessly blending with the home’s existing structure.

This new‑construction landscape installation in Elizabeth, Colorado was just getting underway when these photos were taken, giving a real behind‑the‑scenes look at how a custom landscape comes together. At this stage, we were focused on shaping the land, setting grades, and building the structural pieces that make the whole outdoor space work long‑term. It’s the part most people never see, but it’s where the future beauty and function really begin.
Even in progress, you can see the layout taking shape—clean lines, defined spaces, and a design that fits naturally with Elizabeth’s open terrain. As the project moves forward, this foundation will support climate‑appropriate plantings, durable hardscape features, and a welcoming flow around the home. It’s the start of a landscape built to grow, evolve, and feel right at home in Colorado’s countryside.

Set near Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis’s Kenwood neighborhood, this Tudor-inspired custom home blends medieval character with thoughtful craftsmanship. Exposed timber framing, stained glass, and hand-forged ironwork introduce warmth and story throughout the interior. A two-story library with nature-inspired motifs, a light-filled conservatory, and a centrally placed soapstone stove create gathering spaces that feel both timeless and imaginative. Subtle sustainable strategies, including super-insulated construction and solar orientation, support long-term comfort and efficiency.

Bolzan Letti was founded in the 90s by the family Bolzan and, despite maintaining its craft character and dimension, by the year 2000 the company had already developed into an industrial enterprise, integrating the craftsmanship know-how with a modern mechanization. The key word of Bolzan’s identity is “Made in Italy”. What sets Bolzan Letti apart in terms of production is the capability of combining tradition and technology. Our products are craft-finished up to the apparently insignificant details, using the technological solutions offered by industry, in order to guarantee the highest quality, strictly and genuinely made in Italy: that means good-looking, comfortable and long-lasting furniture.

The lifestyle of living on Lake Washington is naturally inclined towards entertaining and outdoor living. However, the homeowners of this Kirkland residence found that occupying the exterior space was difficult in part because there were few spaces that were protected from the harsh western exposure. They longed for a covered patio and more.
for larger gatherings. Durable yet elegant surfaces were required for this high use area. Cabinetry incorporates Parklex wood panels that are sustainably sourced and finished for long-term durability. Countertops and backsplash were comprised of an exterior-grade porcelain slab. Stainless steel appliances complete a low maintenance workspace.
Energy efficient products were mindful components of this project. New and dimmable LED recessed and indirect lighting provides illumination for entertaining late into the night. Tread lighting provides a beacon of light for returning boaters coming in from the lake.
The homeowner shared their pleasure with their new spaces commenting that the design seamlessly integrates with the existing house. They find themselves enjoying and using their outdoor spaces more thoroughly and on a daily basis. The surprise for them was the unintended additional space resulting from the expanded deck above.

This modern townhome in Vaughan received some mid-century modern flair and some really fun wallpaper.
The large open concept living room was challenging in terms of creating a successful layout and we addressed it by bringing a large sectional closer to the center of the room rather than anchoring it against walls. Plenty of circulation space for a sideboard with a beautiful vinyl player, a collection of tall architectural prints and an eight foot tall floor lamp bring the eye up a double story living space.
Fun wallpaper creates a long feature wall in the living and dining area with a geometric pattern that brings some movement to the room and is also mirrored in the kitchen backsplash and sideboard veneer.
We designed a bedroom with the perfect shade of blue that will age nicely with our client’s young son along with a calming study perfect for getting some work done.

Our clients wanted a master bath connected to their bedroom. We transformed the adjacent sunroom into an elegant and warm master bath that reflects their passion for midcentury design. The design started with the walnut double vanity the clients selected in the mid-century style. We built on that style with classic black and white tile. We built that ledge behind the vanity so we could run plumbing and insulate around the pipes as it is an exterior wall. We could have built out that full wall but chose a knee wall so the client would have a ledge for additional storage. The wall-mounted faucets are set in the knee wall. The large shower has a niche and a bench seat. Our designer selected a simple white quartz surface throughout for the vanity counter, ledge, shower seat and niche shelves. Note how the herringbone pattern in the niche matches the surrounding tile.
