Subtle. Elegant. Timeless.
For this complete master bathroom renovation, our client wanted a surface that captured the beauty of Calacatta Gold Marble—without the maintenance or cost of the real thing. Using epoxy, we recreated the soft white base with gentle gold and gray veining, finishing it off with custom waterfall edges on both counters for a sleek, seamless look.
The result? A warm, serene space with elevated style and long-term durability.

Permeable paver driveway and back walkways to aid in water management and long-term durability.

The project involved installing James Hardie board and batten panels, creating strong vertical lines that complement the home’s multi-story design. The fiber-cement material provides excellent resistance to moisture, heat, and pests—making it ideal for Gulf Coast conditions. The finished result is a clean, durable exterior that elevates the home’s curb appeal while delivering long-term performance and low maintenance.

This family-friendly bathroom highlights the balance of color, texture, and timeless charm. A bold floral wallpaper adds whimsy above classic beadboard wainscoting, while vintage stained glass brings character and filtered natural light. The custom vanity, repurposed from a mid-century dresser, pairs with marble-look porcelain tile and a Persian runner for an elevated, layered feel. Designed for daily function and long-term enjoyment, this space reflects our passion for creating homes with heart and history.

This custom landscape installation in Parker, Colorado was designed to complement a newly built home with a clean, Modern Country aesthetic. As part of a large‑scale exterior project in the Metro Denver area, the landscape was crafted to enhance curb appeal, support long‑term durability, and create a welcoming outdoor environment that feels cohesive with the home’s architecture and surrounding terrain.
The design focuses on structure, simplicity, and natural flow—key elements of Modern Country style. Hardscape features establish strong visual lines and functional outdoor spaces, while plant selections were chosen for climate suitability, seasonal interest, and long‑term sustainability. This 14-bedroom mansion of two-term New York City mayor William Russell Grace--who was mayor when the Statue of Liberty was gifted to NYC by France--was built in Great Neck in 1890 by Italian artisans. The 120-year-old, the mansion underwent a gut renovation on the interior as well as a substantial exterior redevelopment. Despite the extensive changes, we were careful to preserve the charm of this historic Gold Coast estate.

Transforming this long-standing home on Bradgate Rd required more than a simple update—it called for a careful balance between renewal, structure, and respect for what was already there.
The existing brick bungalow had strong bones, but the exterior was deteriorating, the carport was underutilized, and key interior spaces no longer supported the homeowners’ needs. Having lived in the home for decades, the goal wasn’t to start over—it was to rework the home into a more functional, comfortable space that could support the years ahead.
The scope included a full exterior masonry refresh, where the front layer of brick was removed and replaced while maintaining the integrity of the original structure. The carport was fully enclosed and integrated into the home as a garage, and a new roof tied everything together with consistent detailing and long-term performance in mind.
Inside, the layout was carefully reworked to introduce a new primary ensuite and completely renovate the main bathroom. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were updated throughout, with a focus on accessibility, ease of use, and everyday comfort.
The result is a home that feels both familiar and elevated—where thoughtful construction and refined design come together to support long-term living without compromising character.

We gave this rather dated farmhouse some dramatic upgrades that brought together the feminine with the masculine, combining rustic wood with softer elements. In terms of style her tastes leaned toward traditional and elegant and his toward the rustic and outdoorsy. The result was the perfect fit for this family of 4 plus 2 dogs and their very special farmhouse in Ipswich, MA. Character details create a visual statement, showcasing the melding of both rustic and traditional elements without too much formality. The new master suite is one of the most potent examples of the blending of styles. The bath, with white carrara honed marble countertops and backsplash, beaded wainscoting, matching pale green vanities with make-up table offset by the black center cabinet expand function of the space exquisitely while the salvaged rustic beams create an eye-catching contrast that picks up on the earthy tones of the wood. The luxurious walk-in shower drenched in white carrara floor and wall tile replaced the obsolete Jacuzzi tub. Wardrobe care and organization is a joy in the massive walk-in closet complete with custom gliding library ladder to access the additional storage above. The space serves double duty as a peaceful laundry room complete with roll-out ironing center. The cozy reading nook now graces the bay-window-with-a-view and storage abounds with a surplus of built-ins including bookcases and in-home entertainment center. You can’t help but feel pampered the moment you step into this ensuite. The pantry, with its painted barn door, slate floor, custom shelving and black walnut countertop provide much needed storage designed to fit the family’s needs precisely, including a pull out bin for dog food. During this phase of the project, the powder room was relocated and treated to a reclaimed wood vanity with reclaimed white oak countertop along with custom vessel soapstone sink and wide board paneling. Design elements effectively married rustic and traditional styles and the home now has the character to match the country setting and the improved layout and storage the family so desperately needed. And did you see the barn? Photo credit: Eric Roth
