Designed as a serene coastal retreat, this timeless bathroom features custom white oak vanities, shiplap wall detailing, marble-inspired flooring, and a hand-glazed blue and green tile shower inspired by the surrounding bay. Champagne bronze fixtures add warmth and refinement, while integrated storage enhances everyday functionality. Soft coastal tones, natural materials, and thoughtful details create a relaxing, light-filled space that balances luxury, comfort, and practicality.

This 1950's Bungalow style home is in the heart of Downtown Orlando. The homeowners needed a better space plan and wanted to bring in some luxury to the home. The #1 issue they needed to address was the size of the shower and #2 was storage. The new shower is fit for a king with spa style shower heads and steamer. We included a tall utility style cabinet for linens so that we would not lose valuable space with closet walls. We had plenty of space for the

The luxurious Calcutta marble is complemented by the crisp Benjamin Moore Moonshine paint and the texture in the marble mosaic floors is a perfect pair with the simple Bellmont 1900 white shaker cabinets. Caesarstone Calacatta countertops offer a modern twist on a traditional material. Frameless medicine cabinets along with glam Hudson Valley Lighting “Thomposon” sconces and polished chrome Top Knobs Hardware and Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures keep this master bathroom modern, chic and bright.

The Master Bedroom continues the theme of cool and warm, this time using all whites and neutrals and mixing in even more natural elements like seagrass, rattan, and greenery. The showstopper is the stained wood ceiling with an intricate yet modern geometric pattern. The master has retractable glass doors separating it and its private lanai.

This master bath radiates a sense of tranquility that can best be described as serene. This master retreat boasts a walnut double vanity, free-standing bath tub, concrete flooring and sunk-in shower with frameless glass enclosure. Simple and thoughtful accents blend seamlessly and create a spa-like feel.

This prairie home tucked in the woods strikes a harmonious balance between modern efficiency and welcoming warmth. The waterfront can be seen from all the living areas in this stunning estate and serves as a backdrop to design around. On the main level of Hearth and Home is a full luxury master suite complete with all the bells and whistles. Access the suite from a quiet hallway vestibule, and you’ll be greeted with plush carpeting, sophisticated textures, and a serene color palette. A large custom designed walk-in closet features adjustable built ins for maximum storage, and details like chevron drawer faces and lit trifold mirrors add a touch of glamour. Getting ready for the day is made easier with a personal coffee and tea nook built for a Keurig machine, so you can get a caffeine fix before leaving the master suite. In the master bathroom, a breathtaking patterned floor tile repeats in the shower niche, complemented by a full-wall vanity with built-in storage. The adjoining tub room showcases a freestanding tub nestled beneath an elegant chandelier.

We teamed up with an investor to design a one-of-a-kind property. We created a very clear vision for this home: Scandinavian minimalism. Our intention for this home was to incorporate as many natural materials that we could. We started by selecting polished concrete floors throughout the entire home. To balance this masculinity, we chose soft, natural wood grain cabinetry for the kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom. In the kitchen, we made the hood a focal point by wrapping it in marble and installing a herringbone tile to the ceiling. We accented the rooms with brass and polished chrome, giving the home a light and airy feeling. We incorporated organic textures and soft lines throughout. The bathrooms feature a dimensioned shower tile and leather towel hooks. We drew inspiration for the color palette and styling by our surroundings - the desert.
