The goal of this project, completed in collaboration with Julie Dunfee Designs, was to achieve a layout and contemporary feel more in tune with the client’s needs. The original bathroom was very traditional, and the layout consisted of two spaces – the vanity area and a large makeup dressing room area, the latter not being something the new homeowner felt they would use.
So, we dove in and eliminated the divider wall making one large open space which now feels open, airy and bright. In addition to new vanity cabinets, a custom dresser was designed to provide additional storage for the homeowner.
New herringbone white Thasos marble covers the entire floor and provides a sparkly backdrop for the dark gray cabinets and polished nickel accents. The existing tub and shower were re-purposed, and a new heated towel bar was added at the shower area. Unique lighting, mosaic tile at the tub area and lighted mirrors add the modern touches the homeowner was looking for.

This beautiful Sammamish master bathroom remodel began because of a water leak. The homeowner took the opportunity to create a bathroom that was better suited for their needs and was a better fit for the size and style of their home. This project consisted of a reconfiguration of the entire master suite including moving the closet which allowed space for a beautiful whirlpool tub. The shower was made larger and includes recess shelving, a rain shower head, a hand held shower, and a bench seat. The new double vanity allows for more storage and the lighting was improved by adding more lights as well as the addition of the wall sconce. The paint, art, tile, and accessories complete this modern spa bathroom.

This aesthetically pleasing master bathroom is the perfect place for our clients to start and end each day. Fully customized shower fixtures and a deep soaking tub will provide the perfect solutions to destress and unwind. Our client's love for plants translates beautifully into this space with a sage green double vanity that brings life and serenity into their master bath retreat. Opting to utilize softer patterned tile throughout the space, makes it more visually expansive while gold accessories, natural wood elements, and strategically placed rugs throughout the room, make it warm and inviting.
Committing to a color scheme in a space can be overwhelming at times when considering the number of options that are available. This master bath is a perfect example of how to incorporate color into a room tastefully, while still having a cohesive design.
Items used in this space include:
Waypoint Living Spaces Cabinetry in Sage Green
Calacatta Italia Manufactured Quartz Vanity Tops
Elegant Stone Onice Bianco Tile
Natural Marble Herringbone Tile
Delta Cassidy Collection Fixtures

Awarded by the Classical institute of art and architecture , the linnean house has a restrained and simple elevation of doors and windows. Nestled in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Washington, D.C., the Linnean House is classical in both plan and elevation throughout its award-winning house plans. The main mass, comprising of the most formal and public spaces, is a spatial triptych along a symmetrical main axis. Inside the luxury home, the limestone façade, simple but well-proportioned with classical elements, extends itself into both the entry portico and main foyer with consistent proportions and materiality. This introduction allows the flanking living and dining rooms to be perceived as separate pavilions, each equipped with eight equal-proportioned French doors symmetrical of the main axis.
Beyond the classical spaces are two wings which lead to the master suite and a kitchen/family space, respectively. Both of which are situated to queue from the French door axis, a focal feature in the repeatedly published home design. At the entry foyer, the stark stone luxury architecture is warmed by two symmetrical wood armoire-like freestanding sculptural objects, a persistent theme throughout the luxury house. In the kitchen, for instance, stand four similar wood armoire objects at opposite corners that act as columns and help give this space a sense of boundary and enclosure. The master bath vanity, in similar fashion, is introduced as a central free-standing form anchoring itself as a notable presence in the space. Lastly, the wine room is designed as a series of free-standing heavy wood cavity walls spanned only by a hint of glass.

Along with replacing the carpet in their master bedroom, we also installed a custom cut granite countertop for their master bathroom. This beautiful, minimalist stone includes grey marbling throughout for extra depth and intrigue. Granite is a durable, stain resistant option for any bathroom - or even kitchen! We also renovated their bathroom floor. At the massage section, we installed a mosaic tile with varying shades of grey to keep consistent with the modern aesthetic. In front of the vanity area, there is a mix of a beige and dark grey tile. Tiles such as these add the look and feel of a luxurious spa right at home.

Our clients came to us wanting to create a kitchen that better served their day-to-day, to add a powder room so that guests were not using their primary bathroom, and to give a refresh to their primary bathroom.
Our design plan consisted of reimagining the kitchen space, adding a powder room and creating a primary bathroom that delighted our clients.
In the kitchen we created more integrated pantry space. We added a large island which allowed the homeowners to maintain seating within the kitchen and utilized the excess circulation space that was there previously. We created more space on either side of the kitchen range for easy back and forth from the sink to the range.
To add in the powder room we took space from a third bedroom and tied into the existing plumbing and electrical from the basement.
Lastly, we added unique square shaped skylights into the hallway. This completely brightened the hallway and changed the space.

Full remodeling of 2 entire hotels suite, including a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and custom closets and millwork. The project is a Floor to ceiling full remodeling, where we replaced all flooring, added beautiful wall covering and upgraded all lighting and dimmers.
The Result is calm, serene, open spaces have been created. Guests can now come to these suites after a busy day in the heart of the city of NY and relax in these high end suites.
The decor is modern and the color palette is neutral and refreshing to appeal to many different guests tastes.
We also did a number of smart upgrades for the wireless control of the HVAC system, dimmers and electrical roller shades.
Modern Studio en-suite bathroom. It integrates a walk in shower and a floating walnut vanity. The floors and walls are porcelain tiles. The niche is a satin glass mosaic.
