The Owner of this residence had damage from a plumbing leak and took advantage of the disruption to remodel the Master Bath. An unused whirlpool tub was removed and the master shower expanded to make a elegant walk in shower with a granite topped bench. The wall were tiled in a 13X13 light gray tile offset in a broken joint pattern. The floor was a cut river rock sloping to the front of the shower and a linear drain. The wall also has a accent stripe in a black cut river rock. A half wall was topped with a frameless piece of glass to give the room a clean transitional appearance.

This master bathroom features an Americh "boat" white acrylic freestanding tub. The sink is and undermount IPT sink. The vanity is a Sollid Newport style in white with Richelieu pulls and the countertop is a Pental quartz in Sparkling white. The backsplash strip is a Lucente Linear stone mosaic blend called Grazia. The shower has a glass enclosure with a tile niche and glass shelf using the same linear mosaic splash. The wall tile is a Spectrum Porrima that is laid in a stagger pattern. Upstairs a curved upper landing hallway leads to the master suite, creating wing-like privacy for adult escape. Another two-sided fireplace, wrapped in unique designer finishes, separates the bedroom from an ensuite with luxurious steam shower and sunken soaker tub-for-2. All of the finishes, selections, features and design detail was specified and carefully selected by Build Prestige Homes in consultation with our client to curate a timeless, relaxed elegance throughout this home and property. The master suite features gorgeous chandeliers, soft pink doors leading from the ensuite to the expansive WIR, marble arabesque laser cut heated floor tiles, gorgeous wall sconces fitted to custom bevel edged mirrors, Michelangelo marble bench tops with lambs tongue edge.

To spotlight the owners’ worldly decor, this remodel quietly complements the furniture and art textures, colors, and patterns abundant in this beautiful home. The original master bath had a 1980s style in dire need of change. By stealing an adjacent bedroom for the new master closet, the bath transformed into an artistic and spacious space. The jet-black herringbone-patterned floor adds visual interest to highlight the freestanding soaking tub. Schoolhouse-style shell white sconces flank the matching his and her vanities. The new generous master shower features polished nickel dual shower heads and hand shower and is wrapped in Bedrosian Porcelain Manifica Series in Luxe White with satin finish. The kitchen started as dated and isolated. To add flow and more natural light, the wall between the bar and the kitchen was removed, along with exterior windows, which allowed for a complete redesign. The result is a streamlined, open, and light-filled kitchen that flows into the adjacent family room and bar areas – perfect for quiet family nights or entertaining with friends. Crystal Cabinets in white matte sheen with satin brass pulls, and the white matte ceramic backsplash provides a sleek and neutral palette. The newly-designed island features Calacutta Royal Leather Finish quartz and Kohler sink and fixtures. The island cabinets are finished in black sheen to anchor this seating and prep area, featuring round brass pendant fixtures.
