The rack on the right holds Men's formal-wear including Suits, Dress Shirts, ,Belts, Ties, as well as some informal long-sleeve sweaters and sweatshirts, organized by style and color.
On top are several pairs of formal shoes.

Working with this couple for almost a decade has been so rewarding and fun! We recently updated their living area, master bath, guest bath and created a craft room in their former game room.
The living area is classic and timeless, reflecting the homeowner's elevated level of taste, along with selective pops of color! The master bath exudes elegance with a spa-like soaking tub with sexy lines, a generous shower, and rich marbles in a unique rug pattern on the floor and backsplash. This timeless look will never get boring! The upstairs craft room was created for the optimal place for the homeowner to paint and create art with her grandchildren. The repurposed quarter-sawn wood top was hand selected and the table and cabinetry were custom designed and built to hold all of her essentials. Natural light from the sky light and windows keep this room always bright. The guest bath off of the craft area takes a twist on classic black and white, interpreted in a whimsical manner to keep things fun!

The rain shower in this Mediterranean bathroom features travertine stone tile both on the floor and on the wall. This alcove shape helps make this shower feel like an escape. The detail in the shower wall helps act a shelf for holding soaps and shampoos, and the decorative tile makes this detail a major focal point of the space. The toilet is tucked away in a separate water closet, and the room includes a comfortable bench to prepare for the morning or to relax after a warm bath.

The radiate exudes a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. A platform bed, crafted from warm wood, sits center stage. A crisp white comforter rests atop it, accented by a plush gray headboard. On either side, nightstands hold bedside lamps, their soft glow illuminating the room. Behind the bed, a large abstract painting in calming shades of blue, green, and brown adds a touch of artistic intrigue. The light hardwood floor reflects the warm tones, creating a sense of peace and serenity.

Welcome to the essential refined mountain rustic home: warm, homey, and sturdy. The house’s structure is genuine heavy timber framing, skillfully constructed with mortise and tenon joinery. Distressed beams and posts have been reclaimed from old American barns to enjoy a second life as they define varied, inviting spaces. Traditional carpentry is at its best in the great room’s exquisitely crafted wood trusses. Rugged Lodge is a retreat that’s hard to return from.

This master bath remodel is a major lifestyle enhancement for a disabled client. The newly constructed shower was created with numerous Universal Design and Aging in Place features for all three people who use the shower, the client, her husband and the caregiver. Small slip-resistant tiles were selected for the floor and the bench gives the option to sit or stand, to help prevent back strain. The floating bench is also designed for the husband, for present and future use as he grows older.
Non-institutional looking decorative grab bars and shampoo niches are strategically placed at sitting and standing heights for easy reach. A beautiful bay window ledge holds shower supplies and decorative accessories.
The spacious roll-in shower allows the woman to enter on her scooter. Her caregiver can safely transfer her to the shower chair, remove the original scooter from the wet area, and then have the necessary room to maneuver all around the client for comfortable and safe bathing.
A stationary shower head was included, as well as a handheld shower head on a slide bar with it’s own temperature control. The main shower head control is positioned at the front entrance to warm up the water before entering, preventing cold water shock. A heat / vent / light was also added to aid in air quality control.

L-shaped kitchen with a ton of style & charm! Two-tone kitchen with a taupe perimeter and a wood island give this space warmth, complimented by the brass fixtures and finishes. The backsplash stone was created with large format tile to appear like a stone slab - who would know?!

West Village Bachelor pad bedroom, featuring a hand-painted geometric design that highlights the pre-war features of the space, like the picture moldings. Additionally, because the client wanted both a work space and a place to put his TV (the pre-war wall could not hold a wall mounted tv!), we designed a custom desk/console piece out of reclaimed wood and metal hairpin legs that served both purposes, and fit the space perfectly.

This six-bedroom home — all with en-suite bathrooms — is a brand new home on one of Lincoln Park's most desirable streets. The neo-Georgian, brick and limestone façade features well-crafted detailing both inside and out. The lower recreation level is expansive, with 9-foot ceilings throughout. The first floor houses elegant living and dining areas, as well as a large kitchen with attached great room, and the second floor holds an expansive master suite with a spa bath and vast walk-in closets. A grand, elliptical staircase ascends throughout the home, concluding in a sunlit penthouse providing access to an expansive roof deck and sweeping views of the city..

The floors are white marble and the marble is brought up to wainscot height in the water closet with a heavy chair rail in a matching white marble. Above the chair rail is a gorgeous tone on tone damask wallpaper. The freestanding tub sits in front of a custom designed floor length mirror. White marble chair rail pieces were used to craft the outer portion of the frame and mother of pearl mosaics were used for the inner frame and then completed with a small piece of chair ail. The mosaic tile is repeated behind the vanities in lieu of the standard 4” marble backsplash and topped with a pencil rail out of marble. The double cabinets on each end of the vanities allow for plentiful storage and offer the opportunity to create a valance connecting the two. The depth allows for recessed lighting to be tucked out of site and just a sliver of trim finishes off the edges of the mirror.
The barrel tray is magically transformed into a soft pearlized finish with just a hint of color swirled magically, reflecting beautifully with the enhancement of rope lighting hidden by the cove molding. Architectural designer,
Schonbek crystal chandeliers and sconces adorn the bath and quality of the crystal is noted by the colors created by the prisms dancing so gloriously around the room.
The silk rug is from Stark and the ottoman was brought from their previous home and is from the Baker furniture line. A beautiful inlay tray from BoJay designs holds multiple bath products. Rohl towel hooks, tissue holders and robe hooks are tipped with Swarovski crystal ends.
