The main level open living space is conceived as a transparent social hub for viewing the landscape. Large sliding glass doors create strong visual connections with an adjacent barn on one end and a mature black walnut tree on the other. The house is situated to optimize views, while at the same time protecting occupants from blazing summer sun and stiff winter winds. The wall to wall sliding doors on the south side of the main living space provide expansive views to the creek, and allow for breezes to flow throughout. The wrap around aluminum louvered sun shade tempers the sun. The subdued exterior material palette is defined by horizontal wood siding, standing seam metal roofing and large format polished concrete blocks. The interiors were driven by the owners’ desire to have a home that would properly feature their unique vintage collection, and yet have a modern open layout. Polished concrete floors and steel beams on the main level set the industrial tone and are paired with a stainless steel island counter top, backsplash and industrial range hood in the kitchen. An old drinking fountain is built-in to the mudroom millwork, carefully restored bi-parting doors frame the library entrance, and a vibrant antique stained glass panel is set into the foyer wall allowing diffused coloured light to spill into the hallway. Upstairs, refurbished claw foot tubs are situated to view the landscape. The double height library with mezzanine serves as a prominent feature and quiet retreat for the residents. The white oak millwork exquisitely displays the homeowners’ vast collection of books and manuscripts. The material palette is complemented by steel counter tops, stainless steel ladder hardware and matte black metal mezzanine guards. The stairs carry the same language, with white oak open risers and stainless steel woven wire mesh panels set into a matte black steel frame. Bridle Path Residence — Primary Bathroom Retreat This Bridle Path Residence primary bathroom is conceived as a private spa-like retreat, combining classical architectural detailing with contemporary fixtures, expansive glazing, and a highly restrained material palette. The design prioritizes serenity and natural light while maintaining the level of craftsmanship and visual refinement established throughout the residence. The room's strongest design feature is its relationship with the outdoors. A generous bay of windows brings the surrounding mature landscape directly into the bathroom, transforming the view into an important part of the experience. Daylight washes across the pale surfaces and enhances the sense of openness, making the space feel more like a private wellness suite than a conventional bathroom. The freestanding sculptural tub is positioned directly beside the windows, creating a deliberate moment of relaxation and emphasizing the connection between bathing and the landscape. Its smooth, organic silhouette contrasts beautifully with the architectural geometry of the room, while the polished floor-mounted faucet introduces a refined contemporary detail. The shower is treated as an architectural volume rather than simply a functional enclosure. Clear frameless glass preserves visual continuity across the room and allows the large-format wall surfaces and integrated shower niche to remain visible. The minimal hardware keeps the enclosure visually light and reinforces the clean, modern character. A striking element is the geometric floor design, where dark linear insets intersect across the pale stone surface to create a sophisticated diamond-like pattern. The redesigned layout creates a spacious, light-filled bathing area where the freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower share a cohesive visual language. Custom blue-and-white geometric tile flows from the shower walls to the floor and tub surround, creating continuity while preserving an open, spa-like feel.

This project was a head-to-toe home renovation of a beautiful Pacifica single-family beach house. Our client bought this home 8+ years ago and had added on a master bathroom that features beautiful handcrafted Fire+Clay turquoise tiles. Little had been done, outside of painting the rooms, before we came along. Every room in this home was hidden away, but by knocking down a few walls the kitchen, living room and dining space became one large open area with small dividing features. With a great deal of collaboration from the General Contractor, we added a skylight in the dining room, pulled up the windows in the kitchen to allow for the new cabinets to fit at a comfortable height, moved the sliding doors that were never used from the master bedroom to the dining room and replaced that opening with new large windows to flush the space with natural light. We updated the guest bathroom by repainting the walls, adding new fixtures and elements that spoke to the new language of the home. Che Interiors, with the collaboration of our client, hand selected all the furnishings, window treatments, and decor throughout. We picked up on those blue and green hues of the master bathroom tiles and incorporated them throughout the rest of the home in custom furniture + home goods, area rugs, and more. By removing a useless closet in the dining room and adding a beautiful arch opening we created a perfect spot for the Turquoise custom buffet cabinet and carried the arch into the master bedroom to create a space for a home office that features a custom desk. Lastly, we put the cherry on top with The Shade Store’s woven beach style window treatments throughout the home. What once was a disarray of colors and closed off spaces is now a lovely California-Chic beach home.

Whistle Hill Lot 2 residence stands as one of the most architecturally ambitious homes in the development, a striking example of RWH Architect’s commitment to elevating modern design. Defined by its dramatic butterfly roof and a façade composed of clean horizontal cladding, vertical accents, and expansive window groupings, the home captures a sculptural presence rarely seen in the region. This is a residence designed to open itself to its surroundings, embracing light, volume, and long views in a way that signals a new era of contemporary architecture. The home features an attached three-car garage with an adjacent storage area, creating a practical yet visually streamlined entry sequence. Inside, the first floor is designed around livability and connection to the landscape. The foyer opens into a private office and then flows toward the main living areas. The master suite is intentionally tucked into a quiet corner on the first floor, positioned to overlook the backyard and shaped to allow morning light to filter softly into the space. Adjacent to the master suite is the laundry room, placed strategically for convenience. A secondary bedroom on the first floor includes a walk-in closet, and a nearby three-quarter bath offers flexibility for guests or extended family. The kitchen serves as the central gathering point of the home, anchored by a large island and complemented by a walk-in pantry. It overlooks an expansive wraparound deck that transitions seamlessly to a lower patio, creating layered outdoor living spaces. Both the dining room and the great room open directly to the deck, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection. The sunken great room is one of the home’s signature moments, featuring a floating fireplace that appears to hover within the space and accentuates the dramatic ceiling height created by the butterfly roof. Upstairs, the second floor includes two additional bedrooms, each with walk-in closets, and a full bathroom designed with modern simplicity. This intentional play of volume heightens the spatial experience and enhances the sense of modern airiness throughout the interior. This residence presented several unique design challenges that ultimately helped refine and elevate the final architectural expression. We considered that the project’s purpose was that from any point of the house, we would have panoramic views that would serve as ambiance for itself and thus generate “natural pictures.” Our design philosophy for A139 was to seamlessly integrate the forest into the house. To achieve this, we created interior courtyards and spaces, blurring the boundary between the exterior and the interior. This approach not only enhances the living experience but also fosters a harmonious relationship with the natural surroundings. Completed by By Two Studio as part of the Refined Family Home project in London, the space reflects a refined approach to modern luxury interior design centred around comfort, functionality and timeless styling. A bespoke upholstered feature headboard wall introduces subtle structure and depth, anchoring the bed while maintaining a light and sophisticated aesthetic. Integrated fitted joinery and a tailored dressing area provide practical bedroom storage solutions without disrupting the clean, uncluttered feel of the room. Carefully selected finishes, soft textiles and warm neutral colours bring balance and cohesion throughout, helping the space feel considered yet effortless for everyday family living. A glazed partition connects the principal bedroom to the contemporary ensuite bathroom, allowing natural light to flow between the spaces while still preserving privacy. The ensuite continues the same quiet luxury design language, featuring a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and minimalist bathroom finishes that create a calm and refined atmosphere. The result is a cohesive luxury bedroom and ensuite design that feels serene, functional and timeless, a modern retreat carefully tailored to support relaxed, elevated living.

Leader Online, a UK-based company, approached us to support the launch of Nosa, a new sanitary ware brand targeting the British market.
 With competition in the sector increasing, they required a cohesive set of visuals for their numerous products to establish a consistent visual language across e-commerce platforms, catalogs, and promotional materials. 
 It was a complete brand creation from scratch, and we pulled it off. Key tasks: - Develop a cohesive visual brand identity for Nosa - Produce over 2,000 high-quality 3D visualizations 
within five months - Optimize workflows for high efficiency and a unified
visual standard Our approach: To efficiently manage high production volumes and accelerate feedback, we implemented an optimized workflow system. This transformed our render production into an assembly line, drastically cutting individual product processing time while upholding top image quality. Nosa's unique marble, with its distinct veins and inclusions, was central to their brand. Since no existing textures matched, we requested physical samples. 

Upon receiving the stone, we set up an improvised photo studio, capturing every detail. Our goal was 
not just to replicate the marble in 3D, but to preserve 
its raw, organic beauty.

We applied the same meticulous process to metal materials for accurate shade representation. Nosa prioritized authenticity, ensuring buyers saw the true material, not an over-polished version. Result: Nosa's market entry surpassed all expectations.

Fueled by its compelling visual identity, the brand achieved strong initial sales and is now rapidly expanding its product range, cementing its presence.
