This master bath suite is complete with all of the essentials, and more. A gorgeously crafted marble vanity, with a hand-polished edge detail sets the stage as a key focal point throughout the room. That same marble, also known as "Diana Royal", has been used for the tub surround, which adds the perfect balance to the room.

Creating a cozy yet elegant sanctuary in this large space definitely posed a design. An edgy damask patterned wall paper serves as the perfect backdrop for the stunning wood bed with chrome accents. Inspiration for a mid-sized transitional master light wood floor bedroom remodel in New York with black walls and no fireplace

The principal Bathroom is a clean, modern space where everything has its place. The double sinks are a single, integrated top that sits upon a custom designed vanity that floats above the heated tile floor. Tall storage cabinets sit on either side with an open niche and glass shelf for often used items. Wall mounted faucets keep the countertop tidy and a wide mirror with 3 LED light strips make morning prep a little easier. The large scale porcelain floor tile wraps up the vanity wall as well as into the shower.

We took this awkward bathroom, with its tiny shower and toilet in the center of the floor, and created an oasis that is not just functional, but also luxurious and sophisticated. Below a custom mirror, the gray bathroom vanity features a white quartz waterfall edge countertop. The toilet has been relocated to the other side of the vanity and is now mounted to the wall. The heated floors are covered in a gray herringbone pattern that complements the custom gray built-in cabinets - perfect for storing towels, supplies and personal items. The walls have large scale tiles arranged in a diamond pattern, with an accent wall in a warm ash-color. And finally, to create a high-end experience, we installed a bubble jet freestanding tub which sits in front of the 10’ wide shower, featuring a wall niche with LED light.

This master bedroom is now the perfect relaxation space for Studio Steidley's traveling client. A mix of woods, metals and painted finishes pack a punch in this monochromatic space.
