Nestled on a serene avocado farm in Carpinteria, our Webster House project has undergone a stunning refresh. Thoughtfully designed to honor the historical charm of this mid-1800s victorian treasure, this premier luxury getaway is a tucked-away gem that offers an unparalleled retreat for relaxation and celebration alike. The home’s meticulous updates include carefully chosen furnishings and fixtures that embrace its rich heritage while providing modern comfort and elegance. With three inviting guest bedrooms, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious great room with a fireplace, the Victorian balances timeless appeal with contemporary sophistication. A full wraparound porch invites guests to savor tranquil moments, whether soaking in the beauty of the surrounding avocado groves or listening to the soothing sounds of nearby Casitas Creek.

Formerly, a dark and dreary closet this space was opened up with large windows and an exterior door to a secret garden with a Koi pond. The organic inspired master bath featured recycled glass tile from Ann Sacks, a Jacuzzi tub, Kohler fixtures, and Caesar Stone tub deck. The primary bedroom in the Scarsdale Transitional Refresh Project in Scarsdale, NY, designed by 7B Design, features a dramatic black vaulted ceiling paired with crisp white walls for a striking modern contrast. A contemporary chandelier with brass finishes serves as a statement lighting feature, enhancing the room’s elevated design. The space includes a gray upholstered bed layered with a copper-toned velour bench, creating warmth and texture. Medium wood tone furniture, including a dresser and matching nightstands, is complemented by modern brass table lamps for a cohesive transitional aesthetic. Soft gray carpeting grounds the room, adding comfort and continuity to this luxury primary bedroom design.

This transitional master bedroom features a fully-upholstered tufted bed in a violet velvet with custom cream bedding. The neutral, geometric shimmer wallpaper and beveled mirrors reflect light back into this airy space.
