This bathroom remodel in Fulton, Missouri started out by removing sheetrock, old wallpaper and flooring, taking the bathroom nearly down to the studs before its renovation.
Then the Dimensions In Wood team laid ceramic tile flooring throughout. A fully glassed-in, walk-in Onyx base shower was installed with a handheld shower sprayer, a handicap-accessible, safety grab bar, and small shower seat.
Decorative accent glass tiles add an attractive element to the floor-to-ceiling shower tile, and also extend inside the two shelf shower niche. A full bathtub still gives the home owners the option for a shower or a soak.
The single sink vanity has a Taj Mahal countertop which is a quartzite that resembles Italian Calacatta marble in appearance, but is much harder and more durable. Custom cabinets provide ample storage and the wall is protected by a glass tile backsplash which matches the shower.
Recessed can lights installed in the ceiling keep the bathroom bright, in connection with the mirror mounted sconces.
Finally a custom toilet tank topper cabinet with crown moulding adds storage space.

Builder-grade, tired and outdated fixtures paired with peeling wallpaper and missing tiles served as the impetus behind this homeowners desire to remodel. Careful thought and consideration went into the selection of each bath product as the client wanted a clean design with a contemporary flair. The homeowners enlisted Renovisions to take on the task and transform their bathroom into the beautiful, zen-like bathing space they envisioned. Each step of the remodeling process was completed carefully to ensure a proper facelift.
Beautiful, natural pebble tiles accented by a border of 12”x12” tan colored marble tiles set the overall feel of this new space. The vanity, a medium stained cherry wood contemporary styled wall-hung cabinet, and the ice stone countertop compliment the gorgeous blue-green hues of the mosaic wall tile. The chrome finished wall-hung faucet has the perfect design choice for the narrow yet sleek vanity.
The tub/shower side walls boast stylish 6”x12” marble tiles installed in a horizontal pattern while the blue/green mosaic tiles on the back wall create a dramatic focal point in the otherwise neutral color palate. Desired amenities such as a deeper soaking tub, a custom tiled shampoo cubby, a hand-held shower head and slide bar and a decorative safety grab bar provided both the functionality and style the homeowners sought after.
Upon completion, this full bath exudes a sophisticated and heavenly atmosphere to provide a truly “do-it-yourself” spa experience.

The outdated style of this bathroom required not only an aesthetic refresh but also enhanced safety and accessibility for the homeowners. The redesign features a larger, curbless shower equipped with grab bars, a built-in shower bench, and a teak folding seat. These upgrades significantly improve the bathroom’s functionality while thoughtfully accommodating the homeowners’ evolving safety and mobility needs.

This bathroom was completed in 4 days. Grab bars and a comfort height toilet were added for safety. White porcelain tile floors with wood baseboard and shoe mold. Epoxy grout more expensive than sanded grout but it is stain resistant and the grout does not crack or come loose. No grout sealer is necessary. White grout is not available in epoxy because the epoxy will cause it to yellow.

The layout of the bath was reworked to allow for a walk-in shower. A handheld shower was added to the shower head and controlled with a transfer valve. Safety features were designed into the shower and grab bars were added for safety. The hexagon white floor tile was used on the floor of the bath and into the shower which made the space feel continuous and larger.
